Chpt.14

TRIA'S POV

It has been a week now since Raven and I started living together. It's really amazing living with your best friend. We play games and watch movie marathons on weekends all night every night. We have a routine to go by;

1. Wake up in the morning and eat breakfast together

2. Go to school and pretend to be in love for the whole day... every day.

3. Rave has Alpha training after school until 6 pm, in that time I do our homework and some studying

4. At dinner we joke about how jealous Matt and Kylie were and plan new ways to make them snap.

5. Repeat the cycle

It is really amazing watching Matt get riled up because Rave has his hands on my waist or because I'm pressed up against him.

Watching Matt get angry is amazing but watching Kylie get angry is a whole other level.

 I'm telling you the bitch has anger issues

We were in the cafeteria during lunch, Raven and I were seated next to each other with his arm around my waist, my head resting on his shoulder and my legs straddling his one leg while I'm seated in my seat. And his other hand on my knee.

My heart always goes like, BOOM!!

That's the appropriate way for mates or lovers to seat in Were-community

I was eating strawberries coated with chocolate and a smoothie and Rave was eating a double burger with fries on the side and coke. We were talking and laughing when I felt eyes on me, so like a normal she-wolf that I am, I looked for the owner of the stare and found Matt staring daggers at me. I rolled my eyes at him.  

I looked back at Rave and found him staring at me with an emotion I couldn't decipher in his eyes before his eyes dropped to my lips and a smirk played on his lips. "What? Do I have chocolate on my lips? "I asked, he looked me in the eye for a second before his eyes went back to my lips. "Yeah. Let me help you clean it" he said leaning in and licking the side of my lips before kissing me

My heart stopped beating for real this time before it exploded in my chest like every time he kissed me or held me against him then I felt it stir inside of me before going silent again.

The spell is wearing off

The second Rave withdrew from me, a growl echoed through the cafeteria silencing all wolves present then the sound of breaking bones followed after with low growls before Matt's brownish-black wolf lunged itself at Rave

Raven pushed me out of the way tackling the wolf and him shifting into his own midnight-black wolf with shiny fur in mere seconds attacking Matt.

The whole cafeteria was in shock. 

When two Alpha males are fighting, nobody should interfere. They have to fight each other until the dominant wolf of them two wins. This usually ends with one of them declaring war on the other, the one that loses usually does that out of embarrassment. 

Raven had Matt at his throat in minutes, his teeth sinking in Matt's throat and his claws right above Matt's heart. In one move he would easily rip his throat out or his heart but he didn't instead, he gave a mighty growl that made the windows rattle

A warning for Matt to submit

To which he did. Matt bowed his head and closed his eye showing more of his neck. Raven released his hold on Matt before turning to look for me. Raven's eyes were an electric blue, shining bright.
