I walked down the hallways of the high school building on my way to class, it was pretty rainy outside, the rain made its travel down the roof making a pitter patter sound as it bit the surface.

It was calming, it could bring anyone to slepmuonestly.

As I entered my class I got greeted by my friends, hugs and hi's.

But I didnt really spend time with them before class starts instead I go sit next to Ethan since I promised him that I'd keep him up.

Ethan is one of my dearest friends,
Although we dont talk much, I do like his company alot.

"Hello pupils," the teacher began
"Let's start the regular check up, alright?" He said eyeing me.

I took my seat next to Ethan, took out my books and started doodling.

"Sarah?"
"Here"

"Jacob?"
"Here"

"Ethan"
"Mhmm"

"Good morning to you too"
Some pupils chuckled

"Zion"

"Zion? Is there zion, can I have a Zion"

The teacher sighed.

"Lisa?"
"Here"

"Judy"
"Here"

As he went on and on with the names we finally got to start with our lesson.

"Today, were going to watcha documentary about, nother nature herself. Climate change and so forth, I want you all when this is done write and essay of atleast 600 words, I'll collect them next week on Friday.
Too late is a 0."

He eyed Ethan and he just turned his head away lazily.

I sighed, knowing I'd have to get his lazy ass to do the essay.

The documentary started.
The woman was talking about whatever.

As I saw someone walked suspiciously through the desks.

"Aha Zion, late on your first day?"

"Einstein said time was relevant right? Maybe I'm not late, maybe you guys are early."

It was so silent I just let it a chuckle.

"I'm sorry, it was just... so silent"
He nodded in understatement

"Go sit"
The teacher sighed.

The male sat next to me and took out his notebook

"I liked your joke"

"Really?"

"I mean it wasnt that funny, but it was smart, I liked it"

"I dont think I saw u here before"

"silence!"
We looked forward focussing on the screen.

I softly giggled, which made ethan look my way.
He glared holes into that zion guy.

Ethan held my hand, although it's nothing new, everyone knew we were the closest of closest.
Although some girls got jealous of it, I really don't give a flying fuck.

Ethan always glimpsed in the corner of his eye to see what I was looking at, but I never felt his hand squeeze mine everytime he passed someone, not just someone.
Zion.

Seeing as the redhead came my way.

"Oi, mneko-chan!" He waved, his eyes darting at the hands I was holding with  Ethan. His face became serious for a minute but went back to their usual excited eyes.

He was so full of life, I want to know his secret.

"Is this your boyfriend?"

"No, my best friend, Ethan"
I smiled.

"Oh he's lucky to be holding hands with you" he glared with a smirk at the raven haired male.

"Ah- right but I have to go to class soon, so I'll see you guys after school!"

I jogged my way to the classroom.

Ethans pov

"She's going to be all over me in a month" Zion said eying me.

"Tsk, don't get your Hope's up, she's none like the whores you hang out with firehead"
I growled.

"Oh please, as if she were to stay with you when she could have all of this." He pointed at himself.

"You just watch," I scoffed and pushed the man away.

"Don't worry I'll invite you to the wedding!" He yelled laughing at the end.

I formed my hands into fists as I walked away from the disgusting male.

Who does he think he is, wanting to steal my (y/n).

The picture of her smile flooded in my head immediately calming me.
I let out a shaky deep breathe.

I went outside waiting for (y/n) to finish her last class. Damn Zion you'll see what will happen if you try getting close.

Zions pov

I waited next to the classroom door for the (h/c) woman.
The bell rang and everyone got out the class.

Just as (y/n) was about to turn.

"BOO"

She screamed falling down on her butt.

"I hate you"

"Ahh mneko-chan, we both know you adore me" I held out a hand and helped her up.

Her small hands fit perfectly in mine
Ahh so cute~

She fixed her hair.

"Where's Ethan?" She asked looking around.

"I dont know" I gritted my teeth.

"But what I do know is that we should get a milkshake, I'll pay"

Her eyes lit up, "I love you so much" she  said fake crying.

I chuckled.
I held her waist, and put a strand of hair behind her ear, admiring her features, the linger I looked the clearer her cheeks became red.

That's not the only time you're gunna red... I'll make sure you beg for me...

"Yeah.."

"Huh?" She looked at me confusingly.
