You and Fred were sitting in the bathroom waiting for the pregnancy test to be done. You were tapping your fingers nervously, "y/n... no matter what the results are it'll be fine." Fred said grabbing your hand and kissing it. You grabbed the test from the bathroom counter and it read 'positive'. You started crying but they were happy tears and Fred cried with you. "We're gonna be parents!" Fred said as he was a happy, sobbing mess. "I love you Freddie." You told him.
"I love you too!" He planted a kiss on your forehead. "Are you gonna tell Sirius when you go over later?" He asked you.
"Yeah." You said.
"I hope he's happy about it."
"He's gonna have to be." You chuckled.
————————Time Skip———————
You went over to your Dad's house, it was just you and no Fred. Fred didn't come because he was at his parents house to tell his family the same news you were going to tell your Dad. "So Dad I have something I need to tell you." You told him.
"Are you and Fred getting a divorce? Is that why he's not here? That kid was starting to grow on me..." your Dad said.
"What? Dad no! Me and Fred are fine, in fact we're really good." You reassured him.
"Oh okay good. What did you need to tell me then?"
"Umm well, I'm kind of... Pregnant." You said trying not to cry.
"You're what now?" He said hoping he heard that correctly.
"Dad I'm pregnant." You said sobbing.
He jumped up and pulled you into a hug, even though you couldn't see his face you could hear him crying a little bit. "That's so great sweetheart. I'm so happy!" He said holding you tighter. "So does this mean I'm gonna be a grandpa?" He asked
You giggled "Of course. The baby is gonna need their Papa Padfoot."
He released the hug "Papa Padfoot?"
"Or they could call you something else if you want."
"No no no! I love Papa Padfoot!" He smiled. He hugged you again. He was really excited, he couldn't contain it. He kissed his hand and placed it on your stomach "Papa loves you." He said talking to your belly, he looked back up at you who was once again... CRYING! "And I love you also y/n." This man wasn't even trying to hide his tears anymore.
"I love you too Dad. You're going to be a great Papa."
