his power explanation: 

he is able to create gallons of blood in few seconds so he is helpful in emergencies, he is also able to create another whole limb like a raw hand or a raw heart but that also has some effects on his body since his body is literally making another limb the limb that is in contact with his skin may have scars and in creating gallons of blood he starts hallucinating.
