Pheonia is a weird place and I can't figure out how to put all of the info in the story so I'm going to say it all out.
The "world" is more like 1 continent and specifically looks like the continent of Africa, however the landscape is completely different.
Theres the Empire capital in the smack dab middle of the continent and from that point the continent is divided into 7 equal parts for each duke. The center is for the 'king' who hasn't been seen in years but everyone knows he is watching from the shadows.
None of the ML and MC have to travel to see each other because all of the Dukes live in their own territory but their estates are close to the capital

Elias has the magic power 'healing' even though this isn't a category. Healing can only heal like knife cuts/stabs and things that aren't about to kill you. However to save someone, Elias can pull out his genius past-doctor life skills but those would be different. The healing magic comes with his creation category naturally and can't be used by anyone else. YUP... the creation category just created a new type of magic 눈_눈
