A part of me always wanted to write but I always reasoned that I have no time for it. But then, quarantine came and I had lots of free time. I also like to imagine fake scenarios and one time, I told myself as a joke that maybe I should turn these scenarios into stories. Those scenarios never left my head until I started writing.

My first story, How to Avoid Heartbreaks. It was hard for me to start because I know that even though the number of reads shouldn't matter, a part of me would still worry about it. But despite such, I still chose to continue writing and I'm happy that I did because choosing to do so despite not having readers back then made me realize that I'm actually passionate about writing.

My stories are from my imagination with a hint of my personal experiences. I also write about the things I see which I think are worth including in my stories. I also like to put myself in my characters' shoes because I feel like I would be able to write the story in a way that both the readers and myself could relate to it.

Keep going. It's not easy to choose to keep going especially when you feel like you're alone in the journey, but keep going anyway. Someday, you're gonna look back and thank yourself for not giving up. So, keep going cuz it's gonna be worth it.
