Texting/ Learning magic

I'm skipping over the airhead episode journey because since Toby has already had a falling out with the rest of the team he's not gonna be hanging around them so I don't think I can do that episode with the timeline that I've made

Mary point of view

Trying to sleep it's so hard now, ever since the ritual it's been impossible for me to relax in my own bed. I blame Jim his muscles where so comfortable and it was impossible now to sleep anywhere else without him.

Today was one day where I wished I could just forget, the Second competition for spring king and queen was on and it was incredibly awkward. We all have to have our hands on a truck and whoever was left standing in both girls and boys was one step closer to becoming spring King/Queen however since Toby was there also participating it was really awkward.

He just sort of scared angry at me and the others we wanted to try and talk to him to try and make him understand why we did what we did but they were too many people around and by the look of it Toby wasn't in a talking mood eventually it got so bad that we just decided to give up the transfer girl win Challenge for the girls and I heard that Toby win for the boys

I try snuggling into my bed further to try and see if I can get some sleep but it's no use, it is then when one of my phones light up. I got a text message I sit up in my bed and look at my phone The text message was from Jim

Jim text message read: Hi, anyone else struggling sleeping

Not long after his text Claire and Darci joined in

Claire text: yeah after sleeping in a giant flowerbed, my bed just feels uncomfortable

Darci text: same here but I think it's just because I miss sleeping with you 🥰🥰

I text: if you guys are trouble sleeping, why don't we go see the demigod. I mean she did say to go see her when we got our magic and it's been two days since Their magic activated

I could see that everyone was replying to my text possibly thinking about what to respond with

Jim text back: Mary Has a point, besides it beats staying in bed awake unable to sleep

Claire responded: I'm in i've been wanting to learn how to make portals Who knows when that skill will come in handy👍

Darci responded: my dad is on night patrol, so he won't be back until morning so I'm in.

I smile as I get out of bed and text everyone: okay meet you guys at The entrance into the woods. 😘

Narrator point of view

15 minutes after the texting session everyone arrived at the rendezvous point they all went into the woods to get to the secret underground cave to which their teacher of magic was

As they all made their way to the location the girls took it in turns on who got to hold Jim's hand. It was The only real time they could show affection to one another because they couldn't very well hold hands at school people what get suspicious, trollmarket was Also a place where they couldn't show affection to another because it Strickler had a spy in market it wouldn't end well.

Darci has she leaned onto her lovers shoulder: I really wish that we could do this more often

Mary Who was snuggling up to Jim's other arm: me too but if people found out it would be bad can you imagine what Claire's mum would do to Jim if she found out

Jim thought about it for a second and then look of horror entered his face: i'm pretty sure she would kill me but she would make sure that it was in the most painful manner in the history of time

Claire Rolled her eyes, they want exactly wrong she thought. But then a good thought entered into her mind: well you're not wrong but if you guys want to be more affection time we need to make sure that we are alone and that no one will disturb us.

Are your continued walking until they came to the entrance of the Cave they walked in and keyed in the secret code to get into the secret part of the cave they went down the other crystal staircase only to find that the demigod was already waiting for them

The demigod: you have awoken your magic, but before I teach you magic you must learn to control your magic

Mary was confused: but we already know our magic, are used it to help Jim against a troll Assassin.

The demigod smiles at the treatment however she continue speaking: yes that is a good achievement you are already learning how to make your emotions into power but too much of the emotion can cause your Magic to go out of control which may cost you your life.

This scares everyone but it did not break their determination jim asks a question: what do they need to do to control their magic?

The demigod points to Claire: you must learn how to do use your emotions to power the staff only then will it activates and do your will, once you master the staff you will be able to use dark magic without it but for now use it as a source of your power

Claire gave a small node, the demigod then pointed to Darci: you may have the fire of magic burning through you but your body is still only flesh and blood, The fire inside you is too fierce for you to control by yourself so you will need iron and steel to channel it and most importantly to put it out.

Darci thinks about it for a moment then speaks: so I need a suit of armour to control my fire but what happens if I can't put it out

The demigod looks down sad: if you can't control the fire it will burn the skin off of your bones and you will die

Darci covering her fear with sarcasm: well that's comforting

The demigod then points to Mary: you have the power of the North and South wind at your fingertips but those winds can go out of control in your current state

Mary: so how do I control it?

The demigod: you must learn to clear your mind when casting spells think of only one thing that you wish to do and focus on that on nothing else just that thought.

Everyone understanding what they have to do to get to the next stage of magic training, but the demigod isn't done speaking: once you have mastered how to control your power I will teach you All of my knowledge of magic and when you learn that you will be able to help and increase the power of the knight of light

And with that everyone leave the cave this is not really going to the way that everyone hoped but at least they had a clear direction in which to go in Maside they had other problems to worry about the Sun was rising and they were 15 minutes away from their houses two of which their parents or at least some of them would be coming in to wake them up only to find an empty bed and on top of all that they needget ready for school
