Next day

Preeta reaches hospital and went to her cabin.

After sometime preeta went to karan's room.

When she came inside she saw that karan was still sleeping and he had tears marks on his face.

Preeta was confused.

She knew that something is wrong with him.

Preeta went to open the window.

Coz of sunrays karan's sleep got disturbed.

He opens his eyes and found preeta their doing some work with medicines.

Karan was lost in her for some seconds but he came to his senses soon.

Preeta saw him.

Preeta: good morning mr. Saddu.

Karan tries to sit but he was unable to do so.

Preeta helped him.

But he made annoyed face.

Preeta(mummers): saddu.

Preeta: achaa to tum itna late ku uthe.

No response.

Preeta: yaar agar tum kuch bologe to kya tumhari zubaan ghis jayegi kya.

Karan rolled his eyes.

Preeta: achaa chalo tum to kuch bhi nahi bologe na to mein hi tumse baatein shuru karti hu. To kya bataya jaye tumhe. Aaaaaa. Haan apne past relationships k bare mein batati hu.

Karan widens his eyes.

Preeta: aise kya dekh rahe ho. Tumhe yeh vishvas nahi ki mere boyfriend ho sakte hai kya mein tume kitaabhi keedi lagti hu.

Karan(in mind): mujhe to dono hi lagta hai.

Preeta: lakin tum galat ho.

Karan widens his eyes.

Preeta: aise mat dekho. Mujhe laga tum vohi sooch rahe hoge jo meine kaha to bas.

Karan rolled his eyes.

Preeta: so mein na ek ladke k saath 12 class mein relationship mein thi. Sab kuch sahi tha hum dono k beech lakin fir humara break up ho gya and you know what reason kya tha. You wouldn't believe usne mujhe mere birthday pr "how to get a best boyfriend" ki book gift ki.

Karan want's to laugh but he controls himself.

Preeta: and then vahi book padh kar humara break up hoo gaya and you know what i realised hum dono k liye hi vo relationship sirf ek time pass tha.

Saying this preeta smiles.

Preeta(polightly): karan ek baat bolu, kese bhi baat to apne andar rakhne se vo baat bohot dard deti hai.(naughtily) lakin yeh baat unme se nahi thi yeh to sirf ek chapter tha meri life ka. Mein chahti hu meri life ki story ek love story jesi ho ek dum happening.

Karan smiles listening this but soon he vanished his smile.

Preeta: karan plzz na mujhse baat karo mera bohot man hai tumse baat karne ka kuki mere sare patients mujhse hamesha baat karte hai koi bhi aise tumhari tarah nahi rehta. Huh.

This time karan didn't rolled his eyes but he just ignores her.

According to me this is a change.

This is how days started passing preeta used to talk to karan and used to listen her.

Karan used to wait for preeta so that she talks with him.

By the time many things are changing like karan's behaviour and his health.

Both the things are changing towards positive side.

One very fine day karan was sitting near the window.

He felf some sensation in his body.

He felt some power or something so he tries to get up from the wheel chair.

He holds the handles of the wheel chair and try to stand.

But he got disbalanced and sit with a thud.

He don't know what happen to him but he tries to stand again but again he got failed.

Just then preeta came to his room.

Preeta saw him and her happiness has no bounds.

Karan tries again this time he was again about to fall but preeta holds his hands and tries to made him stand.

Holding preeta's hand karan stands.

Karan had tears of happiness.

Karan for the first time says in front of preeta.

Karan: m...mein k..khada ho g..gaya.

Preeta felt very happy listening his voice for the first time.

Preeta also hand tears of happiness.

Preeta made him walk few steps.

Preeta: karan now i think you should rest.

Karan: n..nahi mujhe or chalna hai.

Preeta: karan try to understand tum abhi hi chalne lage ho agar itna chaloge to thik nahi hai.

Karan: l..lakin.

Preeta(in convincing voice): plzz it will good for you plzz.

Karan nods.

Preeta made him sit on the bed.

Preeta: congratulations

Karan smiles.

Preeta(cheer up voice): chalo ab jaldi se mujhe mera thank you dedo.

Karan smiles.

Karan: thank you.

Preeta got shocked for a min.

Preeta: kya meine jo sunna vo saach hai.

Karan nods.

Preeta: iska matlab hai ki tumne mujhse baat ki.

Karan nods.

Preeta: iska matlab ab tum roz mujhse baat karoge.

Karan made a stern face.

Preeta(sadly): it's ok tum rest karo mein chalti hu.

Saying this preeta turns

Karan: karunga.

Listening this preeta turns and saw him smiling.

Preeta smiles more widely coz this will be for first time that karan talked with her and cherry on the cake was that, that karan smiles seeing her.

Preeta was very happy for him.

Then preeta left him alone so that he can take rest.
