Next day.

Early morning preeta took the flight for delhi.

After some time she reaches to her respective hotel.

And after taking her room keys she went to her room.

And rest there for some time.

On karan's side.

He wakes up and rubbed his eyes cutely.

After that he stretched his arms.

And was about to stand but remembers preeta's words.

Preeta: agar uthna ho to pehle kese ko bula lena taki agar tum disbalanced ho jaoge to tumhe koi sambhalne vala ho.

Karan smiles remembering her.

Then karan rang the bell present there.

A nurse came.

N: yes sir.

Karan: actually mujhe na bahar tak jaana hai so...

N: i'll help you sir

Karan: no no. Actually ap jo dr. Hai preeta arora usne kaha hai ki jab bhi uthu to kese ko bula lu taki agar disbalanced ho jau to koi mujhe sambhal le. Bus apko utna hi dhyan rakhna hai.

N: ok sir.

Karan smiles.

Then karan did his regular things with a new thing inside him.

On preeta's side

After reasting for sometime she gets up and gets ready for the saminar.

After sometime preeta's flight landed she straight went to her house. And then from their to meet someone in cafe.

After that she went towards hospital.

It was evening time.

Without waisting time she straight went to meet her bajarbattu.

Standing on the door she saw that no one was their so she came inside.

When she came inside she heard a sound of "bhooooooooo"

Preeta got scared and covers her ears with her hands.

After hearing nothing she opens her eyes and their was her bajarbattu standing in front of her but not alone.

He was standing with his whole gang.

I mean he was standing with bhaveeksha and srishmeer.

Preeta(shocked): what the hell you guys were going.

All burst out laughter seeing her condition.

Preeta was still in shock.

Karan sensed that and stoped laughing.

Preeta(angrily): sorry my foot karan.

Karan: sorry i thought maza aayega.

Karan(cutely): soory na.

Preeta(melts): it's ok.

Bhaveeksha and srishmeer were still laughing.

Karan: oye chup ho jao ab plzzz.

All of them came to their senses and sees preeta glaring them

Preeta smiles seeing her daar.

Then preeta started talking with all of them and just then karan stands without any help and goes towards the table to take a glass of water.

All of them paid attention to her.

Preeta goes towards karan.

Preeta: tum apne aap bina support k khade hue.

Karan: haan to.

Preeta: to kya its a big news.

Karan: i know

Preeta: what i know ab you are perfectly fine.

Karan: so.

Preeta: so ab permanent discharge karan.

Karan felt that it what she was saying.

Seeing her happy he also smiles but someting was stopping him.

Srishti: wow hum abhi jakar discharge papers ready karvate hai.

Sriahti: chalo guys.

Then bhaveeksha and srishmeer left outside.

Preeta and karan realised.

Preeta: so mein tumhara bag pack karti hu.

Karan nods.

After sometime preeta packed his bag.

But she felt something very heavy on her heart.

But what was that.

Their was keep quite silence in the room.

May be coz both of them want to share that silence with eachother.

Few min later their friends came.

May be that silence was making something or breaking something.
