Imagine Dreamers
Maybe no one was ready to say goodbye.
And almost everyone is afraid of goodbyes,
avoid endings.
But God is so creative
that he can definitely turn things right into the things given,
and we leave it to him.
Often the Lord
does not give what he should give
if our two hands are not ready to partake of
what he wants us to touch.
Good byes are part of our growth
whether we like it or not.
May our hands be open to say goodbye
even when it hurts to things,
to people
and to the plans
the Lord wants us to give him.
Endings can be beautiful too ---
when we allow God to make a new beginnings out of it.
No loser has invested trust in God.
Get rid of your old life
and let's walk the new with God.
