Being a Leader is not a responsibility, it is a privilege to share the Word of God. So let us not get tired of the disciples who rebuke, we are called to win souls. Sometimes we get tired because we rely on our own abilities and we forget to ask God for help. Brother, do not think that you are not worthy just because there are times when you have not been an effective Leader among them, God chose you because He knows you can and He believes in you.
Don't be discouraged if people criticize your ability, always remember, "you serve the Lord, not them!" Let them criticize you, do not affect you, so that you do not stumble and be carried away. What matters is that you have a heart, Heart to share the word of Him.
