I took a deep breath and walked to the castle's entrance. I did not think this through- What would I do when I'm standing in front of the entrance? What do I say? What's my background? What are they going to do with me if I say I know a short female person named Ava?

I shook my head, trying to stop myself from asking too many questions. I knocked on the castle's door and it slowly opened, revealing a knight with horns.

'W⍑𝙹 ᔑ∷ᒷ ||𝙹⚍?'

'Uhm- I am here to look for my.. Friend.'

The knight looked at me blankly. He let me come in.

'Whoah! I have not seen this much of the inside of a castle in my life!'

I kept admiring the big pillars, lightings, and- wow that's a long dining table. We stopped in front of a room that has a throne and a tall figure sitting on it.

'Y𝙹⚍∷ mᔑ⋮ᒷᓭℸ ̣ ||, ℸ ̣ ⍑╎ᓭ.. S!¡╎∷╎ℸ ̣ ᓵᔑᒲᒷ ⍑ᒷ∷ᒷ. W⍑ᔑℸ ̣ ᓭ⍑ᔑꖎꖎ ∴ᒷ ↸𝙹 ∴╎ℸ ̣ ⍑ ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷᒲ?'

The knight asked the [I guess] King of Daemos. The King told the knight to leave and he'll discuss some stuff with.. Me.. I'm scared for my life. Even though this is definitely a dream. He asked me, in a kinda deep voice, who I am and where I came from. Oh sh- I forgot to bow- Uhm- Well too late. 

'I'm Y/n. I came from no kingdom. I live with my ally, Ava is her name.'

The King looked at me. I think he's waiting for me to bow or something.

'Y𝙹⚍ ⍑ᔑ⍊ᒷ リ𝙹 ᒲᔑリリᒷ∷ᓭ, ↸𝙹リ'ℸ ̣ ||𝙹⚍?'

'Apologies, your Majesty.'

I bowed to him since I'm not wearing a skirt.

'I am here to look for my ally. I saw her teleported somewhere nearby this castle.'

I lied to him. Trying not to look nervous. I heard footsteps getting closer to the room. The King lets the.. Whoever it was in. I heard the sound of armor moving as another knight enters. He bowed to the King and apologized for interrupting in our conversation.

'w⍑ᔑℸ ̣  ↸𝙹 ||𝙹⚍ リᒷᒷ↸?'

The King asked him. The knight told him a female Daemos appeared at the entrance a few moments ago. The King asked more details about who she was.

'lᔑ↸|| b╎ᓭ⍑ ╎ᓭ ╎リℸ ̣ ᒷ∷∷𝙹⊣ᔑℸ ̣ ╎リ⊣ ⍑ᒷ∷ ᔑℸ ̣  ℸ ̣ ⍑╎ᓭ ℸ ̣ ╎ᒲᒷ, ||𝙹⚍∷ mᔑ⋮ᒷᓭℸ ̣ ||.'

The knight replied. I stayed silent, until the King of Daemos asked me if she was the one who I was talking about. I simply nodded. The figure huffs in annoyance at my lack of manners.

'lᒷᔑ↸ ℸ ̣ ⍑╎ᓭ ⍑ᔑꖎ⎓ ᓭ!¡╎∷╎ℸ ̣  ℸ ̣ 𝙹 ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷ ⎓ᒷᒲᔑꖎᒷ dᔑᒷᒲ𝙹ᓭ.'

The knight once again bowed and obeyed his command. He lead me to a hallway with mysterious aura. I felt shivers down my spine as we stopped at a door. He knocked on the door, waiting for someone to let us in.

'Come in.'

A woman said with a cold tone. He opens the door. I saw the room with barely any lights. And.. Ava..?! My side of me wants to hug her immediately, but that would might make me.. Well, out of place here. I met Ava's eyes. She looked at me, up and down. It feels like she wants to hug me as well.

The knight bowed and told the black horned female Daemos about me, looking for a lost female Daemos. The woman nodded and told him to leave so the three of us can clear things out. The knight bowed again and left the room, leaving me standing awkwardly and staring at Ava. The woman cleared her throat, catching our attention.
