I stayed silent while looking at her eyes. I gulped and looked outside the window.

'Alright, we'll find them, but we need to hurry since Lady bi___h said we have like two days.'

Ava sighed and asked me if we're allowed to keep weapons. I placed my fingers on my chin, thinking on how we can get weapons.

'I don't think we're allowed to. I guess we can find some out of the open, but we need to go outside.'

We both agreed to my suggestion and started to get ready to go out. We were finally at the entrance of the castle after couple of minutes going different directions in the confusing maze like castle. Two guards opened the giant doors in front of us and let us out. Ava sighed in relief and admired the trees, bushes, and leaves falling.

'Too bad Daemos is a dangerous world and the nature here is really beautiful.'

Ava thought out loud. I hummed in agreement and continued walking.

After a few hours of searching for weapons, we only found a stone sword, an iron spear and a semi broken shield. Ava insisted on keeping a black colored potion.

'Where do we even put all of these?'

I asked her. Ava looked around and saw two bags that fits a sword and a spear. She brings the bags to me and showed it.

'Here. You hold on the sword, and I'll hold on the spear.'

I nodded and put the sword bag (?) around my waist. Ava had troubles wearing hers, I helped her out and she thanked me. I told her to give me the potion. She refused,

'What? No way. I'm keeping this. You're- ..Nevermind..'

She cuts herself before finishing. I shrugged it off and continued walking.

We stopped by near a place with couple of pebbles placed on top of each other and big rocks around the area. I examined the stone sword we found, wondering how sharp it is. While Ava stared at the small tower of pebbles. It stayed silent for a few minutes.

'I wonder how often Daemos is this peaceful..'

I stood up and told Ava we needed to go back. She nodded and followed behind me going back to the castle.

We saw Lady Bish in the hallway, talking to a knight. Ava whispered to me,

'What do we say when she ask us about where we were? She'll notice these stuff we got.'

'Let's go around.'

I told her. She nodded and followed me. We went checked out some rooms we cam across. Like a big, dusty looking library, then a weaponry room, and we saw a room with big doors. Different design from the throne room.

'Should we go in?'

I asked Ava. She shrugged and reached for the handle. It seemed like Ava had a hard time opening it. The door opened without any noise, thankfully. It revealed a room with a table and potions and a book on it.

'I think this is a potion room. I don't know if fantasy book logic applies here, but it said only royals can enter here. Unless one of them lets someone or some people in.'

I told her out loud. She looked around the room and saw something which made her look scared. Then she carefully closed the door.

'What did you saw?'

'I- ..Th-There's someone in there.. Frozen.. Like, actually frozen.. She looks like an old lady.. Is she Lady Grandma..?'

She asked me. I have no idea what's she's talking about. A frozen old lady? And she thinks it's Lady Grandma? It can't be her.. Ava probably imagined it, right? I mean, this is all a hallucination or dream anyway.

We heard footsteps coming towards us. The place is a dead end, so we can't hide.. We just stayed in place and waited for someone to show up.

'What are you two doing here?'

and yus the chapter is short cuz im losing motivationnnn and the plot that i hav in mind for this ff is already in someone else's ff soooo- im still thinking of a plot, if i dont have any theeeeennnn
