Kao

"I'll just be at the faculty later if I'm not yet at the parking."

I blinked at Pete right after I took my seat belt off.

What does he mean!?!

We were in front of the Communication Arts college as he insisted of sending me their.

Actually we didn't talk about it, he just drove straight to my faculty and I didn't stop him.

We really didn't talk that much on our way there.

"For when we go home. Or you rather want to commute?"

I nodded at him when I realized what he meant.

"Oh, right. Yeah. Sure. Okay."

What the hell was I thinking!?!

"Okay."

He said and I nodded.

"Hmm."

I stared at him staring at me and we were awkwardly staring at each other for sometime before he spoke.

"This is you right?"

Pete nodded towards the college entrance and I almost smacked myself when I realized how Pete was waiting for me to get off.

My goodness!

What the hell is happening to me!?!

Why do I end up embarrassing myself in front of Pete lately!?!

"Oh, right! Yeah! Yeah! Getting off now."

I said as I gathered my stuff and opened the door to my side so I could get off the car when he called me.

"I already transferred your allowance for the week. I don't need to remind you to spend it wisely do I?"

I couldn't help but rolled my eyes and looked at him.

"You just did!"

I said wearily to which he shook his head at and snickered.

"I'm just reminding. I'm off now."

I nodded and closed the door before I mouthed my thank you and Pete drove off.

"Someone seemed happy today. Have you settled your issue with your cousin yet?"

Lia met me by the hall way and we made our way together towards the intent lounge.

"Good morning to you too. I'm fine thank you."

I told her sarcastically as we greeted everyone in the lounge and went to our cubicles respectively.

"I'm just asking! I needed that for my sanity break."

My best friend glared at me as she deposited her stuff on her table.

She had three books in tow and a huge bag now.

Guess she was being honest when she told me last night that we couldn't talk for long as she would be studying for her topic today.

But then again, she was being nosy at the moment so I was not sure if I should feel bad about her and her internship class load.

Not to mention her mentor.

"Ugh! You should have told me you and Pete are coming here together so I could have tagged along and see Pete first thing in the morning."

I rolled my eyes at what my best friend said before I took the copy of my class schedule and examined it.

I wouldn't have a class till nine thirty and I'm only going to be observing my mentor the whole of this week and perform assistance for her so I wouldn't really have to be too worried at least for a week.
