Chloe smiled, remembering the old memories that were forever old memories. Chloe didn't even notice Sammy hugging her.
"Sammy! How long have you been here?"
"Only a couple of minutes."
"Okay, do you remember back when I was a kid? The story you read to me?"
"Not really? It was a story about Bendy and Alice, correct?"
"Yeah, you were trying to do a terrible Alice Angel voice."
"It was hard, okay?"
"Okay, I'll give you sympathy."
"Thank you."
"Yeah, you're welcome."
Sammy let go of her and walked away, leaving Chloe confused, as to why he was there and not doing anything else.
Chloe went to the elevator and went to the animation studio, there was no danger there and looked for something to do.
"CHLOE! What  in the name of bacon soup did I say!?"
"It's just the animation department."
"Oh, well still! You have to be careful!"
"Worrywart."
"I heard that!"
"Okay?"
Chloe walked around and found a blank page and drew a version of Alice Angel that had her hair and dress fading from black to white. She was sorta proud of herself, but the drawing could use some work. Sammy seemed unpleased.
"What are you doing? The ink is dangerous!"
"I'm not touching the ink."
"It doesn't matter. It's alive and will try to claim you!"
"You care too much."
"You care too little."
"I guess this feels too surreal."
"It's all too real unfortunately."
