And do you remember that time I said that Emma, Regina, and Henry were probably the ones leaving storybrooke?
Yeah well this is the way that they are getting back, with Rumple and Robin included.
That scroll contains the counter curse for the town line. When they cast that spell, people can get into storybrooke.
SO THEN OQ AND RUMBELLE CAN GET TOGETHER AND BE TOGETHER FOREVER!!!!!!!!
