Chapter 25

Kaelynns pov

Rushing into the hospital we went straight to the front desk. The drive to the hospital felt like it took forever.  My heart is pounding right now I just want everyone to be ok.

"There was a car accident last night I'm here to see my friends." Abel told the young white lady at the front desk.

"We can't give you any information if you're not family."she typed on the computer and Abel let out a irritated sigh.

I stepped in front of him and said "I'm the sister of someone who is possibly hurt can you please tell us something."

She rolled her eyes "What's the patients-." Abel grabbed my arm and started pulling me away from her.

I snatched my arm back and said "What are you doing she was about to say something."

"We don't need her help Cash is right over there." He pointed to the left I looked over and saw cash sitting and drinking a cup of coffee.

We walked over and Abel sat beside while I sat in front of them. Cash has a little cut on his lip and his nose.

"Are you okay?" Abel looked at Cash and spoke softly.

"I'm fine Abel." He said before drinking his coffee.

"What the hell happen and where is everyone ?" I asked Cash.

He took another drink from his coffee and said "At about 4:30am we were leaving the club and the rain was coming down really hard. Everything was going smooth until we got off the got off the highway. The car in front of us started swerving and out of know where the car just stopped. Hawk tried to stop our car but it was too late we crashed. Hawks leg is broken, Hyghlys back hurts, and Lamar only has a few scratches like mine. They said we were lucky because if we would have been going faster our car would have flipped and we could all be dead or paralyzed."

I can finally breathe now that I know everyone is okay. "They are in a room I just came out here to wait on you two." Cash got up and and started walking we followed behind him.

Walking into the room I see Hawk sitting on the bed with a white cast on his leg, and Hyghly and Lamar sitting in chairs looking at the tv. I went over to Lamar and gave him a hug.

"Hey how is everyone feeling?" I asked.

"Cripple." Hawk said before rolling his eyes.

"I'm glad you're okay Hawk." I sat down next to Lamar.

Abel rubbed his eyes and said "Do you guys know what happened to the other person?"

"She has a broken neck and arm." Cash typed on his phone while he talked.

"It's a blessing that everyone is not seriously hurt." I said while playing with my fingers.

Abels pov

It's silent in this room everyone is either on their phone or watching the tv that is planted in the upper right hand corner of the room. The door nob started to jiggle and we all turned our attention to the door. The nurse walked in with a smile on her face and a clipboard in her hands.

"How's everyone doing?" The nurse asked while writing on the clipboard.

We all answered her and then she said "Mr.Hawk all you have to do is sign these discharge papers and you can leave."

I laughed and said "Why do you have this lady calling you Hawk?"

Hawk signed the papers and handed the nurse her clipboard back "Because that's my name."
