Chapter 3

KAELYNN POV

1 WEEK LATER

This last week I have gotten so close to my mom and my brother. It honestly feels like I have known them for my whole life. I only have one more week left in Toronto and I'm sad I can't stay for much longer. The people who have adopted me have called several times and I dont pick the phone. The only person I have talked to from back home is Caleb. I found out that Abel is the singer my mom was talking about. I listened to some of his music and I really like it I am officially a fan of his. Tonight they have invited me to come out to the club with them and I said yes. In the meantime Lamar told me to come over to the loft so we could go around the city. Before I walked out the hotel I looked in the mirror and observed myself. I have on white long sleeve shirt, black jeans, red and white Jordans,  and a red, white and, black plaid shirt around my waist. I smiled at myself then walked out the room. When I got downstairs I saw a limo driver holding a sign with my name on it.

I walked over to the man and said "I'm kaelynn"

"Hi, Lamar sent me over to pick you up"

"Ok let's go then." He turned around and started walking out the hotel I followed him. When we got outside the driver opened my door and I got in. We drove in silence and i looked out the window at all the places we drove past. Toronto is such a beautiful place I wish I could have been here my entire life. Once we got to the building the driver opened my door.

"Thank you"

"My pleasure ma'am and when you go inside the building go up to the highest floor" he said before getting back in the car and driving off. I went into the place and looked around it is so beautiful on the inside the rent must be a lot.  I got inside the elevator and rode it all the way up to the 28th floor. When the doors finally opened I was faced with two big white doors. I knocked 3 loud times and waited for someone to open it. I heard someone unlocking the doors and I was finally greeted by Abel.

"Hi Kaelynn" he said while inviting me in.

I walked in and quickly turned around and caught him looking at my ass I said "Hello Abel is Lamar here"

"No he just left but he told me to tell you he will be back in a hour or so."

"Oh ok."

ABEL POV

We stand there and I look at her and admire her beauty I guess she notices me and looks at me back. I want to try something with her but I know I will hurt her and that's Lamar sister I can't do that to her.

"Do I have something on my face?" She asked getting annoyed with me.

I look up into her dark brown eyes that are just like mine and I say "No you look beautiful." She blushes and bites her lip that shows her dimple on her right cheek.

"Would you like to watch tv with me"

She smiles at me and says" yes I would like to." I walk into the living room and sit down on my black leather couch she does the same and starts looking at the tv. When she came I already was watching adventure time.

"I should probably change the channel" I said while grabbing the remote.

She smiled at me and said "no please don't change it I like this show." As we watched the show I would glance over at her and she would giggle at the show. She would occasionally catch me staring at her and she would smile at me. Once the episode went of I turned the tv off and asked started asking her some questions.

"How old are you"

She looked at me and said "I'm 22 how old are you"

"Im 24 years old"
