Description:
User has crosshairs in their eyes, and swiving engines on their legs.
User can lock onto someone with their eyes, which will activate the engines.
The engines take in air surrounding them, and uses it to propel the user towards their target.
Target lock-on can be inanimate or animate.
Should it be animate, the lock-on will move with the targets movements.
Drawbacks:
Engines will only activate when locking on.
Requires the target to be in sight for 2 seconds.
