Quirk: Blazing lightning
Emitter
Description:
User can emit a reddish-orange lightning spark from their body.
The lightning will arc all over their body.
Gives the user the ability to dash forward, and double jump.
Said dash will move them forward at 100km/h for 10m.
Drawbacks:
User can only dash once while in midair.
User can only double jump once in midair.
Both recharge when user grabs a ledge, or stands on the ground.
Lightning colors will show which can still be used.
Reddish-orange = both still usable.
Orange = dash still usable.
Red = double jump still usable.
Blue = neither usable.
Extra Notes:
When standing on the ground, the user can chain dashes one after the other to travel quickly.
