Description:
User can cause children of a pair appear.
Does not matter if the pair themselves couldn't bear a child in the first place.
Children are genetically human children from the pair.
Children will see the pair as their parents.
Drawbacks:
Children will only have one or the other parents quirks.
Children will disappear after 2 months.
Should they be given names within that time, the children will stay forever.
