Description:
User can buff a target.
Buff will last as long as the user is alive.
Buff cannot be force applied outside of the user's wants.
Buff will accelerate natural healing.
Buff will cause the target to be able to resist half the damage from attacks.
Drawbacks:
User must touch the target to apply the buff.
