Quirk: Flipped Coin
Emitter
Description:
User can flip a coin.
Heads does anything the user wants.
Tales does something opposite that the user wants.
User must flip the coin randomly.
Drawbacks:
Coin is weighted for tails.
Tails ending will always be just as bad as the heads ending is good.
User cannot wish for the same thing to happen twice on heads.
