The next morning, we wake up altogether and have breakfast. It was pretty fun not gonna lie.  Around noon, my mom came to pick Ava and me from Sabrina's place. We thanked Sabrina for everything and left. Ava and Mom talked for a while I just listened.

We arrived home and headed up to my room

"Woah, I love your room," Ava exclaimed

"Thank you!"

We sit down and start talking for a bit. I tell her about my past and what happened to my family. Mom came up with a tray of snacks. She put it on a table and smiled. Ava and I stood up and got something to eat. We planned the rest of our afternoon. We decided that we wanted to go skating around the neighborhood. We talked a bit more until it was 2 pm.

We had lunch, watched tv, painted and then talked more. Mom and I wanted company in the house so we had planned to get a puppy. It was Sunday, so we decided it was a good day to get a dog. Ava joined us. On our way to the pet shop, we stopped at the Starbucks drive-thru to get drinks.

We arrive at the pet shop and the whole room is filled with cuteness. I can see dogs, cats, hamsters, fishes, it was amazing. I walked to the puppy area. I saw this puppy and I knew it was the perfect one. It was small, furry, and cute. I just knew it belonged to me.

"Mom! This is the perfect one!" I exclaim

"B- but darling, we just got here, how about you take a look around."

"No mom, I know this is the one

"No mom, I know this is the one."

"Are you sure?" She says

"100% sure," I say

Ava agreed.

"Okay then, let me get a worker." She replies

"Hello! I'm Sam, how can I help you?" The worker says as they approach us

"Hey, we would like to have this puppy," I reply before mom has the chance to say anything.

Ava giggles and I smile at her.

"Perfect, I'll get it for you, you can wait at the 'Going Home' station!" She replies

I was excited, the name of the station was fun.

"Here you go, please fill out this paper while I get all his stuff ready!" The worker exclaimed

"All good to go! You can pick up his bed and food as well over here." The lady adds on.

We pick a fluffy white bed for Biscuit. Ava and I chose the name. I knew this puppy was gonna be my best friend. I loved him the second I saw him.

On our way home, the sun starts setting. It was beautiful. When we arrived, I gave Ava a skateboard to borrow, and I took the other one we had. We skated down the road together. We laughed smiles and sang. She had her hair down and it flowed with the wind as she skated down the curved road. I couldn't keep my eyes off her.
