BACK AT DECEPTICONS' BASE: NEMESIS

"Lord Megatron! We have returned to give you a surprise!" Knockout sing-songed. "What is it Knockout? Do you have Lightblade? Where is she!?" Megatron demanded. "We don't have her yet- but we got something else for you! We found something fascinating during our search for Ioa and we thought to report it to our Lord of course!" Knockout quickly said, gaining the warlord's interest. Megatron raised an optic ridge and signalled Knockout to continue. Knockout cleared his throat before he spoke.

"We were searching for Ioa when my energon scanners picked up something. We arrived at a cave, and we tried looking around only to spot a massive energon mine. But not only the Autobots were there, but there were a few fleshies armed with strange weapons facing off the bots!" Knockout said. Megatron was about to blow his top when Knockout continued.

"But wait! There's a catch! We were observing from afar the possible demise of the Autobots when suddenly out of nowhere a groundbridge opened! The groundbridge was a dark blue and green colour, not like our usual one!" Knockout said hurriedly. "I have a suspicion that the Autobots have upgraded their groundbridge, because the portal sucked them right in without them having to walk through it!" Knockout finished. Megatron looked at him for a moment then smiled wickedly.

"Good job Knockout! I'll excuse the absence of Ioa but don't make me wait! Find her as soon as possible!" Megatron dismissed him as he walked to the brig to ponder. 'Pesky Autobots having an upgrade on the groundbridge? Impossible! But Knockout would not have purposely come back just to inform me false information, so how is it possible? Could it be-' his thoughts racing as he called his squadron to assemble.

"All units, assemble! I have a task for all of you! Find Lightblade at all cost but do not offline her! Bring her to me alive!" he roared as the Vehicons marched out of the Groundbridge courtesy of Soundwave.

The hunt was on.

Back at the Autobots' base

"So what you bots are telling me is that Ioa turn into someone else and teleported you bots' asses back to base?" Agent Fowler asked unbelievably, making Ratchet groan. "She did not turn into someone else! We said that Ioa's paintjob changed as she opened a GROUNDBRIDGE!" Ratchet snapped. Everyone's gaze was on them as the two bickered.

"That's enough. Agent Fowler, we too aren't clear of the situation. But the reason why I've notified you today is regarding about the MECHS situation, they have weapons far too advanced for your human technologies." Optimus spoke up as he broke the fight. Agent Fowler glared at Ioa, wanting explanation. "Well, anything to say for yourself?" he said, making Ioa flinch as she looked down.

"N-No sir..." Lightblade shook her helm, feeling bad about the situation. :-You can't blame Ioa for this! she doesn't even know what's going on!-: Bumblebee beeped as Raf translated for Agent Fowler, making him more furious. "What do you mean you bots don't know? For all we know Ioa could have a nuclear bomb as her weapon and we won't be any the wiser!" he said as he pounded the railing with his fist. Optimus tries to diffuse the situation once more. "Agent Fowler, I understand you're worried but I assure you Ioa poses no threat to us. She is not like the other Decepticons Agent Fowler." He said making Fowler scoff. "And how do you know? It seems to me Lightblade got a double personality big guy!" he said, making everyone silent.

"Agent Fowler might have a point. Perhaps Ioa does have a split personality! That explains why she can't remember what happened!" Jack said, making everyone turn to look at him.

"So... We're talking Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde?" Miko added. Raf nodded as he pushes up his glasses. "Precisely! That's why not only she could not remember anything, her paint job also was affected!" he said as Ratchet sputtered. "D-Doctor WHO NOW?" He asked, not liking where this is going.
