A/N: Just wanted y'all to know that the scenes are from the actual episode, just changed a bit here and there. I won't entirely follow the actual episode FYI!

The days went by in a blur as many things happened while Ioa was in stasis. Breakdown was experimented by MECH, June met the Autobots and Jack spared Megatron's life. The kids sat by Ioa as they quietly relayed the story to her, although they weren't sure if she can hear them.

Ever since Ratchet put her to sleep, she hasn't woken up at all; the only sign of life was her constant spiking brain activity. This made everyone worried but still hoping she would come around, they wanted to make up to her properly. Fowler stopped by to visit the Autobots, only for him to see the same scene again; Ioa laying motionlessly on the medical berth, machines beeping quietly. Optimus gave him a quiet nod as they continue to keep an eye on the femme. Fowler could not stand to awkward silence and decided to speak up.

"So...Prime, how she's doin'?" he asked. Optimus was about to speak before a gruff voice cuts him off. "Still the same, no response." Ratchet waved as his back turned against them, busy with the computers. Agent Fowler sweatdropped before turning his attention to the kids. He wanted to say something, but his tongue felt so heavy and he gave up on doing so as he quietly went to Prime's side and have the leader update on the current situation. After they have finished debriefing Fowler went off, leaving them alone.

The base was silent until the base sensor detected a Decepticon signal. "Optimus! I'm detecting a Decepticon signal, but it's an ancient one." Ratchet said. Optimus nodded as he called his team over to prepare to bridge out. "Understood, we will proceed with caution. Autobots, roll out!" Optimus said as they went off, leaving the base with Ratchet and the kids. The kids were all quiet, which was quite rare. Then again, they did feel bad for what happened to Ioa. No one said a word as silence filled the base once more.

Lightblade's dream.

"Not again..." Ioa groaned as she was once again in the familiar dark void. "Mr. Orb? Are you there?" she called out. Ioa didn't know what to call the floating blue thingy so she decided with 'Mr. Orb'. The blue orb floated towards her as she smiled, realising it came. "Hey there!" she said as the blue orb circled her, making her laugh. "Hello Mr. Orb, may I ask why am I here again?" she asked. Last she rememebered before going dark was her fighting with the Autobots, specifically Optimus. Ioa looked down on her servos sadly, she likes them but she knew they were afraid of her, and she too felt afraid of accidentally hurting them. The blue orb went to her and snuggled her, trying to cheer her up.

"I don't know what to do anymore... They said I changed my colours and voice, isn't that scary? I didn't even know I could do that! I don't want to be with the Autobots if I am going to risk hurting them, I can't do that..." Ioa said as she weeped. They were far nicer than the Decepticons, but she knew they were wary of her. "What should I do..." Ioa said softly, voice cracking.

"Young one, your spark is in the right place. Fear not, staying with the Autobots will be the wisest decision little one." the orb said, startling her. "B-But! If I don't know when I'll change form, how can I be certain I won't hurt them?" Ioa cried. The orb merely snuggled to her deeper as it comforts her. "You won't hurt them, and neither will Shadowglyde. You both have the sparks of an Autobot." It said, making Ioa look at it incredulously.

"Shadow who?"

The orb sighed as it explains to Ioa the situation. "You are Lightblade at the same time Shadowglyde young one. You were born with a special gift, the gift of shape shifting, but there was more to that. You were born with two sparks, hence why you have another ...alter ego you could say. But no worries, Shadowglyde is no evil that I assure you, she won't hurt your family." The orb said, making Lightblade's dermas opened wide. "Wha- WHAT!?" she said shockedly. Ioa could not believe her audials, and she highly believe if she mentioned this to the Autobots they would definitely send her to a mental asylum. Sensing her uncertainties, the orb spoke.

"Would you like to meet her?"

Location: The Harbinger.

The Autobots were met with a not-so-pleasant surprise. Arcee growled as she chased after Airachnid down the hole. Resurfacing, the two continue to duel until Optimus and his team steps in and interfere, forcing Airachnid to flee. Optimus looked towards Arcee as he tries to give her an advice. "Arcee, chasing after Airachnid alone was not wise. I understand you want to avenge Tailgate, but this is not the way to go. Revenge won't bring him back." He said, Arcee still brooding. Bulkhead and Bumblebee joined them, Starscream in tow. The Decepticon SIC was freaking out before he quickly formed a plan.

'The Autobots seem to have a strong ally by their side. If I join them perhaps I can lay low and let them defeat Megatron! When the time is right, I'll strike and reclaim my place as the rightful heir to the throne!" Starscream thought as he quickly got into his acting. His waterworks managed to soften Optimus spark and he decided to spare the seeker's life as he thought over about letting Starscream joining. On one hand he wants to give the seeker a chance to change for the greater good, on another hand he just could not shake off the feeling that the seeker was up to no good.

Ioa's dream

"Huh?" Lightblade said, not believing her audials. She going to meet her supposedly alter ego? Another version of her? "Uh... Sure?" Ioa said uncertainly as the blue orb glowed bright and all of a sudden Lightblade could see another figure standing. "Greetings Lightblade." The dark figure spoke. Lightblade took a closer look to see that Shadowglyde was her, but her colours inverted just like the kids described.

"H-Hi! I'm Lig-Lightblade!" Lightblade stuttered and face-servoed. 'Of course she knows you're Lightblade dumbaft!' Lightblade all but wanted to slap herself. "Hello, my name is Shadowglyde. I was explained the situation by-" Shadowglyde was stopped by the blue orb. "By me of course! Anyways, I trust that you both will get along and aid team Prime alright?" The orb said quickly. Lightblade and Shadowglyde only nodded their helms as they turn to face at each other. Lightblade was curious and more emotional, while Shadowglyde was the opposite. She was emotionless and serious, which reminded Lightblade of Optimus. They stood awkwardly facing each other before Lightblade decided to break the ice.

"So... you're like the better version of me? I mean- you've helped them, my- our family from troubles." Lightblade said, fumbling with her digits. "I believe you are of no lesser than me Lightblade, let's just say we make up for each other's lost." Shadowglyde replied humbly. Lightblade smiled but she realised something and quickly asks her doppelgänger. "Hey Shadowglyde, the next time we shift, will we remember what happened? I don't feel like passing out all the time." Lightblade said to which Shadowglyde nod and hummed in reply. "Indeed. I too am not sure yet, apologies Lightblade. But if it makes you feel better, I'll relay the situation to you everytime we switch, and vice versa." Shadowglyde offered, making Lightblade smile and nod in delight.

"Then that's settled! Now let's get out of here!"
