Leera Ambar wasn't always a bounty hunter. After her life was ripped out from under her by the tyrannical reign of the Empire, Leera was forced to leave her past behind her and try to survive. Now that the Empire has been defeated, Leera still finds herself lost, still searching for her place in the galaxy. That is until she takes a job that brings her right back towards her past, towards a new fight being waged to free Leera's home planet Mandalore.
Aylin Quinn is trying to free her home planet Mandalore, and this task is proving more difficult than had been foreseen. While searching for allies and for the evil Moff Gideon, Aylin, along with her fellow Mandalorians Bo Katan and Raymen Shreya, run into Leera Ambar, someone Aylin thought she'd never see again. But this chance encounter proves to be the force at work, because Aylin just might help Leera figure out her place in the galaxy and Leera just might be the solution for how to save Mandalore.
