It came out of the blue, and neither of you really expected what it would turn into.

You and him were just talking when you reached out and cupped his cheek.

Karl absolutely melted.

He leans into the touch and closes his eyes.

It was just an innocent motion to you, but to him, oh to him, it meant the world.

You coo softly, and place your other hand on his other cheek. Karl smiles, and sits there, enjoying your touch.

"Comfy, Karl?" You ask and Karl nods.

"It's nice."

From then on, cupping Karl's face became a norm for your daily affection. He'd stand next to you and stick his head out a bit, signalling what he wanted. You happily comply.

You decide to add something to the face cupping. You give him kisses on the nose.

Oh my god, if Karl wasn't soft before, he is now.

There are multiple clips of MrBeast videos where you and Karl are just sitting down or standing up, and your hands gently hold his face.

The fans find it adorable, and always repost the clips. Karl's a bit put off by it at first, but he gets used to it. Eventually he grows a liking to how much the fans supported yours and his relationship.

Karl doesn't care that he's a big softie, and embraces it. He wears big, pastel jumpers and pulls the sleeves over his hands.

He flaps said hands around as you cup his face and pepper kisses on his nose.

Now, whenever Karl's upset, angry, annoyed, confused... anything, really, your go to thing is to reach out and hold his face.
