"Where is it?" In-yeop saw Soomi walk in the garage and roam around, her eyebrows are knitted together.
"What's wrong?" In-yeop asked while screwing something in his motorcycle. He was fixing something from his motorcycle when the girl suddenly barged in wearing a worried expression.
"What are you looking for?" He asked, not looking at her as he rummages his box looking for the right tool to use. Soomi did not hear him ask and just continued what she's doing, tossing and flipping stuff inside the garage in search of something.
"Did you lose something?" In-yeop tried asking again but to no avail. He mushed his eyebrows and stop from what he is doing. He placed the wrench he is holding on the steel table and walked near the girl. He placed his hand on her shoulder to call her attention which made her jump a bit.
"Oh, you're here?" Soomi got startled when she turned around and saw In-yeop.
"I've been here even before you frantically barged in and flip things," In-yeop chuckled and removed a string of cobweb from her hair which she got from inserting her head in the cabinets and shelves. He then rubs the back of his fingers in a feather-like manner on her cheek, a gesture he does often, liking how his fingers touch her soft skin. "What are you looking for?"
Soomi's face flushed and was hesitant whether to tell him or not. She bit her lower lip and looked up at him. She saw him staring at her, waiting for her to answer his question but she only lowered her gaze again and fiddled with the hem of his shirt.
"You see," Soomi started talking but she still can't find the courage to tell him. In-yeop tipped her chin gently with his fingers to make her look at him.
"What's wrong? Hmmm?" He asked softly to make her feel that whatever it is she will say will be okay for him. He even smiled a bit.
"I think I lost it," Soomi hesitantly said as she bit the inside of her cheek. In-yeop mushed his eyebrows, not knowing what the girl meant.
"I think I lost my bracelet," she said almost like a whisper.
"Your match of the bracelets?" He asked to clarify. Soomi nodded and gave him an apologetic look. In-yeop fell silent after that question which made Soomi nervous. She thought that he started to feel mad after realizing that she lost the most precious thing they have. Soomi lowered her gaze again when her eyes start to water.
"I'm sorry," she said and bit her lips, trying so hard not to let her tears roll down her cheeks. There was complete silence after then In-yeop's chuckles fill the garage.
"You mean this?" Soomi looked at him and saw him raise his left hand in which two bracelets are hanging around, entangled with each other. Her eyes widen and a relieved expression is now visible on her face.
"My bracelet!" Soomi exclaimed and was about to get the bracelet from In-yeop but the guy raised his hand higher to prevent her from getting it.
"Yah! Give it to me! I've been searching for it everywhere!" Soomi whined and pouted at him. He smiled seeing how cute she looks with that somber face. He lowered his hand and removed the knitted bracelet from his wrist. He grabbed her hand and slid it around hers.
"Where did you find it?" A smile crept up Soomi's lips seeing the bracelet around her wrist again.
"It was on our bed. I was about to give it to you but I saw you busy talking with Yumi earlier," he answered as his lips tugged up in a loving smile, liking how the girl smiles upon seeing their bracelet. "Is it that important to you?" In-yeop asked. Soomi looked up at him, still wearing that smile.
