Donna gently ran a needle through fabric, binding them together through thread. She was sucked into her work, not noticing the sun coming up in the windows. It wasn't until she lifted her head, gazing at the quilt in front of her. She gave a small smile and got up. Her back ached from hovering over her project. Donna put her supplies away, then perked up upon hearing a knock on the door. She put on her veil then gently opened the door. There you stood, covered in dew and with a backpack. It looked as though you were awake all night, something she understood.

Stepping out of the way, she allowed you in. She had one of her dolls bring you over a towel, catching you off-guard. "Thanks little dude." You gently pat the doll on the head, giving a small smile and wiping away the dew. Donna gently brought up Angie, feeling more comfortable with her doll in her arms. "Welcome to Beneviento Manor." She spoke, exploring your expression. "Hello. I had started working for Lady Dimitrescu and she sent me over." You explained, giving an awkward smile. "It's probably because I bit Cassandra and she said it'd be safer for me to be here with you because of her own feelings." You added, rubbing your arm gently. "So uh, if you need anything, let me know. I'm here to work for you." Donna could tell you were anxious, so she gave a small nod. Last time she had someone here, they were a gardener. By the bandages on your arm and discomfort with your one hand, it was safe to say Lady Dimitrescu had gotten a little grabby. With Angie becoming restless and wanting to talk, Donna finally let her speak. "So you're a new friend? Like staying?" Angie asked, jittering with excitement. You looked at Angie, slightly uncomfortable but didn't say. "Yeah, unless Miss Beneviento chooses to let me go." You gave a small shrug. "Oh she won't." Angie giggled, jumping down.

Donna looked at Angie, her face heating up from her comments. She watched you carefully pick up Angie, letting her look at your face and answering any questions she may have had about you. When on the topic about your family, Donna grabbed Angie, quietly chastising her for such personal questions. "I apologize about her. She's... Curious." Donna looked back over to Angie, gently rubbing her wrist and overthinking what to say. "Where would you like me to start?" You asked, gently placing your bag down. Donna looked around, then pointed to her office. "Just some light cleaning, perhaps just make yourself at home?" She bit back her tone, getting quieter at the end. Looking up at you for your expression, she saw that you were thinking, then you got to work. Donna could feel her heart racing and picking up Angie. "Better luck next time?" Angie offered, getting Donna to give a soft sigh of relief.
