You started your day as usual. Bring Lady Donna her breakfast, say good morning to Angie, clean up doll making tools, clean a couple of rooms, watch Donna while in one of the chairs. Donna didn't talk much, but she didn't work in total silence. While she did enjoy the aesthetic of her home and style, her music taste was far off. Heisenberg often brought back stuff and he had brought Donna what appeared to be an MP3 Player with songs she would enjoy.
While she worked, you never interrupted her and often gave her a kiss on the cheek if just walking by. It had been like this for several days now, almost a week. You wanted to confront her about what happened and where that drive of passion came from, but she scampered off if alone together.
Are you mad at me? Was I not supposed to accept the sex? Did I not do something you wanted me to do?
You fiddled with your fingers, trying to relax and ground yourself, but you could feel a slight sting in your eyes. You went on to prepare dinner, wiping away any stray tears. "(Y/N)." A familiar voice spoke. You turned around after quickly wiping away tears, seeing Donna. You leaned against the counter, trying to act as though nothing was wrong. "Donna." You responded, keeping the same tone she used with you.
Is this where you tell me I'm not useful to you? Is this where we make our separate way? Are you sending me to Lady Dimitrescu?
"I wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed what we did and I'd like to take you on a date in my garden. The waterfall is beautiful this time of year." Donna spoke up, shooing you out of the kitchen. "Go to my garden, you'll find where I set up our spot." Donna chirped, sending you outside.
You're not mad at me?
You went to where Donna was talking about, a small heat coming to your face. A beautiful quilt, a bottle of wine, an umbrella for the sun, and not a doll in sight. Sitting on one side of the quilt, you looked around. It didn't take long for Donna to come outside, bringing over your shared dinner. You two sat together, the silence deafening. "I wanted to tell you that I'm sorry I've ignored you for the past few days." Donna spoke up, catching you off guard a little. "I thought you were mad at me." You whispered, not seeing her worried stare. "Truth is, I'm not mad at you, I just... Don't know how to tell you that I want to spend more time with you. In honesty, I think I don't deserve to spend time with you." Donna explained, fidgeting with her hands and trying to express herself primarily through her hands. "Oh hush, you babbling puppy." Angie chirped playfully, making you jump a little. You shushed Angie's words, letting Donna continue to try and express herself. Donna took a deep breath, finally putting an end to stumbling on her words. "I want to be with you." Donna spoke matter-of-factly, getting out what she had been trying to say.
You stared at Donna, eyes wide and jaw slightly open.
"I... I'd like that."
