Making your way to Moreau's Reservoir, you lingered on what Alcina and Donna were doing at the castle. Their lingering attempts to buy your attention, Donna didn't even need to buy your attention, you were legally married to her. You gritted your teeth, balling your fists and running through a flock of ravens. They flew away, their wings gently flapping in the air. Although they got out of your way, you still felt so much anger at both Donna and Alcina. "What's wrong, darling?" A soft voice spoke. You turned around, expecting a more harsh tone from the figure. Your eyes grew wide, now recognizing the figure. Mother Miranda... As if today could be more chaotic.

You turned to face Mother Miranda fully, the scent of rain coming from upwind. Finding yourself drawn to speak up, you opened your mouth. "Alcina and Donna keep fighting... Donna is so easily jealous and Alcina thinks she can buy my affections." You answered. You heard Mother Miranda give you a pitiful coo, her sharp metallic fingers gently running along your jaw. "It's not fun, is it?" She asked, circling you. You shook your head, rubbing your arm in discomfort. "It's okay. I can help you." Miranda reassured, gently lifting your face to look up at her. "I just need you to promise me you'll never leave the village. I need a friend and it gets very lonely." Miranda purred. You instinctively nodded, seeing her smile. "Good, good... Run along now. If I need any favors, I'll be sure to help you too." Miranda flittered away in a flurry of feathers and ravens, pushing you along to go to Moreau's Reservoir.

Donna felt her heart race, then faced Alcina. "This is your fault! You couldn't leave (Y/N) alone, could you!?" Donna snapped out. "Me!? You're the one who gets jealous in a heartbeat!" Alcina hissed. I do not! Donna bunched her fists into balls. "Mother Miranda is going to find out about them. Mother Miranda is going to ruin everything." Donna whispered, grabbing her coat and rushing outside. She found your tracks, following them to Moreau's Reservoir. She moved the gate and came to his cave, finding you eating string cheese with Moreau while the tv was on and you were venting to him.

"Moreau, you're the good one. You don't cause issues like everyone else. I need to hang out with you more often, get you more movies." You grumbled. Donna saw Moreau smile, then she saw you look up. "Speak of the devil. What do you want Donna? You done fighting with Alcina?" You called out, sitting up. "I wanted to apologize." Donna walked over, sitting beside you. "I can do better, I know I can. Alcina and I shouldn't have fought over you like property, that was very undignified and unfair for you." Donna explained, giving you a hug. "You are partially forgiven. I want to see positive change."
