"You guys broke up?"Barry asked
Iris nodded her head.
"Please don't let this be because of me Iris."Barry said
Shit. She thought. He's gonna feel bad if it's his fault which I did break up because of him. So shoot.
"It's not." Iris lied
"Do you wanna tell me what happened?"Barry asked
*Flashback*
"What the hell do you mean you don't want to be with me anymore?!"Eddie screamed
"Exactly what you said is what it means."She replied
"Why?" He asked calmly
"because I like barry." She said so softly no one heard.

"It's just a normal break up Barry. No big deal." She said
"You dated for like a year though!"
"Ya so?"
"He was your longest relationship ever! And you just decided to dump him?!"
"Maybe it's because he was replacing something."
what Iris said about replacing something went over Barry's head somehow he couldn't figure he was the something.
"So he was a replacement?" Barry asked
"Ya"she replied
"For what?"
"Well for most of last year I had a crush on this guy but the he was gone the rest of the year except for the last 3 months. Eddie was so nice to us when he asked me out when the guy I like was gone I said yes. But every date I just imagined it with the guy I liked."Iris responded
"Iris I'm sorry but that Kinda rude to do I me-"Barry started to talk but was cutoff
"Theguyilikewasyoubarryilikedyousincewekissed17."she said so fast only te(second) fastest man alive understood it all.
"You liked me?...."Barry asked
"ya..."she replied.
"Let's go somewhere and talk about this."Barry said
"How about the lake?" Iris asked
Barry agreed and then they left.
