At 4:00 am barry got a call from star labs reporting a meta human was on the loose. He ran to the scene. He didn't really care if Iris saw he just had to get there ASAP.
The meta human was able to read minds.
"So. Who's iris?" It asked
"What?" Barry replied.
"A girl who broke your heart?"
Barry just grabbed the meta human and ran to star labs
