Brooke pov

I was sitting on my bed when betty ran in my room

"Fred was shot we need to go to the hospital!" betty said we ran out of the house

When we got to the hospital we ran in jughead walked over to us same with veronica

"Arch?" betty asked we all walked over to him and hugged him

"I came out of the bathroom there was this man thief wearing this hood with a gun on pop tate and then pointed it at my dad and he fired" Archie said to us

"Oh my god Archie" veronica said

"And then he" Archie said

"And then he what?" veronica asked

"And then he bolted then I was holding my dad pop tate called an ambulance and it didn't come so I drove here and" archie let out a sigh "and I don't know maybe I should've waited maybe I made it worse"

"No dude are you kidding me? You saved your dads life first Cheryl and now your dad if you keep this up you're gonna need a superhero name like pureheart the powerful" jughead said

"There isn't any new information  your dads in surgery he's gonna be there for a while" mom said walking over to us

"Uh Archie have you spoken to your mother about any of this yet?" Hermione asked

"No no I haven't called her ill be right back" Archie said getting up and walking away mom looked at jughead

"What?" jug asked

"Mom don't start this" betty said

"Start what?" jughead asked

"Well of course I can't help but wonder if your Southside associates had anything to do with what happened to Fred" mom said I got tense when mom said Southside

"Alice relax" dad said

"Unbelievable at least you can accuse my farther of being the shooter considering he's in jail" jughead said

"Oh my god I can't handle this" veronica said laying her head on betty's shoulder

"Speaking of Fp did you know him and Brooke were dating?" mom asked dad

"What!" dad asked raising his voice

"Dad stop" I said Keller came over and grabbed Archie jughead went with them

"You were dating fp that's a huge sin young lady!?" he yelled

"Still am" I yelled I walked out of the hospital and sat by a wall I saw tallboy and tray and walked over to them

"I got worried when you said to meet at the hospital" tallboy said to jughead I walked over and stood by tallboy jug looked at me

"I was wondering about when you said the serpents had my back does that courtesy extend to a guy who's like my brother and a man who's like a second farther to me?" jughead asked

"What do you need?" tallboy asked

"Fred Andrews my buddy's dad was just shot durning a robbery at pops the guy was in a black hood" jughead said

"Serpents don't wear masks" tray said

"Yeah I get it but some of those serpents were working for fred Andrews when for reasons on his own he decided to let them go suddenly maybe someone took it personally and went rogue you guys know every bidet-hole in town" jughead said looking at me "someone has to have heard something about what went down at pops"

"All right well knock some heads let you know" tallboy said 

"Lets go" I said looking down jug left I looked at tallboy he got on his bike

"Get on" he said

Later that night

Brooke pov

Jughead walked into his trailer he looked shocked that that was a guy with a bloody face tied to a chair in his living room

"What the hell guys what is this?" jughead asked

"Went out like you asked" tallboy said

"This guy was holding court in the whyte wyrm" I said

"Talking about how if Freddy Andrews was gonna let Hiram lodges bitch run the show fire his crew then its good he was gut-shot" tallboy said

"So we thought we might press him a bit see if it was all just talk" tray said

"And?" jughead asked

"And after a lengthy cross-examination yeah we've concluded he was just being a loud mouth" tallboy said

"Wh....w-what why did you bring him here for if he didn't even do anything?" jughead asked

"So you can see we'd done what you asked us" I said

"So you could tell your old man that's important to us with or without the jacket you're a serpent" tallboy said
