Betty's pov
"No ones here no ones coming" I said sitting on a chair
"Its still early okay" jug said as my mom walked into the diner
"Mom" I said standing up" what did you come to gloat?"
"Oh don't be so cynical Elizabeth I came to right my next story over one last root beer float I'm calling it "requiem for pops" can I get a quote dear?" mom asked
"Your a friend mother but this is one obituary that your not gonna write" I said
Brooke pov
I walked out of the kitchen and saw mom sitting at a table I walked over
"Hi mom what can I get you?" I asked
"Just a root beer float" she mumbled
Later that night
Brooke pov
I was sitting in pops while josie and the pussycats were singing outside I saw veronica talking to her parents I walked over
"Hi my I steal veronica for a sec?" I asked
"Sure" her dad said we walked away
Hermione pov
"That's the girl who is dating fp jones?" Hiram asked
"Yes" I said
Brooke pov
"Please keep your dad away from me" I said as tallboy walked into the diner "ill get there table" I walked over to tallboy table
"Hey Brooke" tallboy said
"What are you doing here?" I asked
"Nothing just here to eat" tallboy said Hermione and Hiram were sitting next to the table the serpents were at
"Brooke will you please come here" Hermione asked
"Hi what may I help you with?" I asked
"This is my husband Hiram" she said
"Its nice to meet you Mr. lodge" I said
Jughead pov
The phone was ringing I answered
Jug: hello
Fp: you went to penny Peabody you asked her for help?
Jug: dad hey yeah well we didn't have a choose why is something wrong?
Fp: did you pay her?
Jug: no she said it was a favor
Fp: jughead listen to me do not contact her again if she reaches out don't respond you do not want to be in bed with the snake charmer

Brooke pov
I was cleaning up at pops I heard mom talking about the serpents I looked over at tallboy my phone went off
Tallboy: meet us outside
"Hey betty are you heading with mom?" I asked
"Yeah see you later" betty said walking out of the diner I walked outside to them
"Fp knows you went to the snake charmer"
The next day
Brooke pov
I was walking threw the school when veronica ran up to me
"Will you please come over to my house" she asked
"Sure" I said I saw jughead walking out of the school "I have to go" I said running to catch up with jug I grabbed his hand he stoped walking and looked at me
"I'm walking with you" I said he nodded when we got to the school I walked him in
"Toni will be here she will keep you safe ok" I mumbled getting looked at by some ghoulies he nodded sweet pea and fangs walked over to me as jug walked away
"Keep him safe please" I said
"Okay but I won't be nice to him" sweet said
Later that day
Brooke pov
I was sitting on the floor in veronica's house
"I'm sorry this thing with moose honestly it's like nobody cares my dad keeps saying leave it to sheriff Keller and I'm like "yeah dad cause he did such a great kid of catching Jason's murderer" oh wait I'm sorry that was us" Archie said raising his voice
"Inside voices" veronica said
"No don't stop him Archie going Travis bickle is my favorite Archie yet" jug said I rolled my eyes
"Do you have a bathroom?" I asked
"Down the hall to the left" veronica said I got up and walked to the bathroom but was stopped by Hiram
"How may I help you?" I asked him
"Why are you here?" he asked
"I'm here because your daughter asked me to come Well I'm going to go" I said
"You will meet me in my office of else" he said
"Or what I have a hole gang that stands by my side so I wouldn't threaten me" I said walking away after a few minutes Hermione and Hiram walked in
"Were going to dinner at the club" Hermione said
"Yes but I wanted to meet your friends first" Hiram said
"Dad this is betty copper and Brooke copper" veronica said
"Hi its nice to meet you" betty said
"And jughead jones"
"Hi you know my dad" jug said shaking hands with him
"I do he's a good man he values family I hope his return comes sooner rather then later he love you and Brooke a lot" Hiram said
"Yeah so do we all" jug said I grabbed his hand
"Daddy this is--"
"Archie andrews the boy who captured my daughters heart" Hiram said
"Daddy" veronica said
"Uh its nice to meet you sir" Archie said putting out his hand Hiram looked at it then Shook it
"Uh please call me Hiram listen I couldn't help but overhear your discussion and I..I understand your frustration with sheriff Keller and for someone who had his own share of run-ins with the law I can say with confidence that the police aren't always the solution sometime we need to take matters into our own hands we need to be able to protect ourselves" Hiram said
"Were going to lose our table" Hermione said
"Oh yes of course it was nice to meet all of you" Hiram said looking at me as they left
"Archie" Hiram said
"Yes" Archie asked
"Why don't you come over for dinner this week I look forward to seeing what you come up with to save riverdale" Hiram said
"Can I walk out with you guys I have to get something from my car" I said Hermione nodded when we got outside Hermione got in the car Hiram grabbed my arm
"You should come over to dinner with Archie so me and you can talk" he said
"Just because you have drama with fp does not mean you should start some with me" i said
