Elizabeth is older than CC/Evan because she's taller/bigger.
Height itself isn't a good idea to rely on when determining age. Cause there are people who have younger siblings that are taller than them. Also given the fact that CC and Elizabeth aren't even teens its still possible Evan could have a growth spurt which would make him taller. Or simply he forever remains the shortest despite having a taller younger sibling.
Evan was kicked out of Golden Freddy and is Shadow Freddy. There's no proof of it and is used simply so they can make CC have his own animontronic. And so they can ship Cassidy to Elizabeth and Charlie. There's also no proof to him being Shadow Freddy.
If he is, then who is Shadow Bonnie? How does he possess a shadow, something that's not even a psychical being. If he is Shadow Freddy that also would mean he's Nightmare too. Which for people who ship him to Nightmare would be committing self cest.
