Dear Ginshi,

It's been a while since I heard from you. Maybe you've had second thoughts about staying in contact with me? Or maybe...? Something worse?

I can't bring myself to think that something might have happened to you, but I just have this sinking feeling that something has happened.

I'm going back to the neighborhood next weekend, and maybe someone else will know what's going on. I don't mean to sound crazy, it's just that we only just reconnected and it's been lovely having you back in my world!

I truly do hope all is well, even if you don't want to talk to me anymore. You're a good guy and I'll always cherish our time together. I hope you don't mind if I continue to write to Haru. I know she's proud of you, like I said before, we all are.

I'll be here when you're ready to write again. If nothing else, I'll always be your friend.
