Tilly is a young teen who lives in Illinois, she wants to live a normal life. When you look at her you might see a normal girl, but back at home and on the inside it's not normal. See back home her parents fight a lot and don't get along anymore, that's why they're getting a divorce. Tilly still goes to school with a smile on her face, but sometimes it's hard. Her friends noticed at lunch that something was off with her and asked her what was wrong. She really wanted to tell them what's happening, but she also didn't want to be embarrassed or made fun of. Before Tilly moves away to Florida with her mom, she wants to go to her friend's party, but with everything going on she thinks her parents are gonna say no.
