Name| Koha{kow-haa}

Who Gave them their name?
His owner gave him, his name. Originally his name was going to be "Koga" —a character from a Anime by the name of Inuyasha, but, the name just didn't seem to flow like his owner wanted it to. And after looking around for names that were similar or close to the original name, he found the name "Koha" and decided that was to be the male's new name

Name Meaning & Origin
Koha is of māori origin, a word that means gift, present, offering, donation, or contribution—especially one maintaining social relationships and has connotations of reciprocity . In many tribes the Koha is laid down by the marae by the visitors' last speaker in the form of money collected prior to going onto the marae at the pōhiri, but not all tribes agree with this practice. Some tribes prefer to call such donations whakaaro or kohi, because of the conotations of tapu associated with the words takoha or its shortened form of koha. In traditional Māori society the koha often took the form of food which was usually delivered directly to the place where the food was prepared and would not be presented on the marae. If the koha took the form of a valuable cloak, ornament or weapon, the way the gift was presented indicated whether the gift was intended to be returned at some future time, or not.

How do they feel about their name?
Koha both likes and dislikes his name. He likes his name because it is his name and a name given to him with purpose, however, he likes his original name more than his current one.

What do they wish their name was?
Since he likes his original name more than his current one, he wishes his name was Koga instead of Koha, but, nonetheless he's still grateful he has a name

Nickname| Ko; Cinnabon; Ruger's little gift from the iceberg

How did they gain these nicknames?
The first nickname is really self explanatory—it's just a shortened version of his name. The next nickname he  has is honestly something his owner calls him for fun. His owner used to say he "looked like a little Cinnabon" when he was a puppy and the nickname just stuck. As for the last one that is his registered name. Contrary to belief he is a Agouti Husky, which per the AKC is a allowed color and is in the Siberian Husky's breed standard
