Chapter 6

~5:30 a.m~

I tried to get off my bed but felt something weighing me down, slowly shoving the weight off me  I got off the bed and saw Miyamura sleeping on the bed.
I looked at my alarm and saw it was  5 a.m.

"Okay I have about an hour to get ready, good," I said softly. I then got ready for school.

I smiled, I then went to the kitchen to make something to eat before I heard a knock on my door, I went to open it and saw Kitaro.

"Good morning," I said
"You seem to be feeling better" He smiled

"Yeah, I'm fine but I never had a fever," I said as I gestured for him to come inside

"What do you mean?" He asked

"I lied about having a fever so you wouldn't take me to the hospital," I said

"Why didn't you want to go to the hospital?" He asked

"Because it's pointless, they'll just give some stupid pill that wouldn't help with anything" I answered

"Is there something you're not telling me Y/n?" He asked

"Have you eaten breakfast?"I asked to change the subject

I don't want anyone to know about my unstable health
I shouldn't be the main source of someone's worries

"I ate an apple when I left my home," He said

"No, that ain't enough, you're going to eat more," I said as I finished making my breakfast
"Here, have mine I have to make another one anyway," I said as I passed him the plate of breakfast

"Thank you," He said as he began to eat

I started to make two more plates of breakfast.

"Good morning N/n, why didn't you wake me up" I heard Miyamura say
"Because there was no point, you weren't going to get up even if I tried," I said

"Oh good morning Ikeda-san," Miyamura said

"Miyamura! good morning, you don't have to use my name formally, you can just call me Ikeda or Kitaro" Kitaro said

"Uh- okay Ikeda" Miyamura said

"Okay, so I didn't wake you up, yes, but I made breakfast for you," I said as I gave Miyamura his plate

"Speaking of breakfast, how does it taste," I said as I leaned in close to Kitaro's face

"It really good," He said

"Just good?" I asked a bit taken back

"Well, you see, it's amazing" Kitaro smiled

"Yeah yeah, whatever... how about you Miyamura, does it taste good," I asked

"Yeah, you know everything you cook is amazing," He said

"Ahaha, that's what I thought," I gave myself a smile

"Oh come on, it isn't that good, it's just ___(the breakfast you made)" Kitaro said

"Oh really, says the person who can't even cook" I rolled my eyes

"At least, I don't beat the sh*t out of people because they ate my food" he rolled his eyes

"F*ck you Kitaro," I said angrily

"If that's what you wanted you could've just told me" He smirked

I looked at him in shock.
"What did you just say?" I asked
