Chapter 4

Jake's POV
When we arrived at Haily's house I pulled her aside.
"Did Luke confess?!"
She shook her sadly, "No he didn't"
I sighed "When will the ship ever sail?"
Apparently Milly had sneaked over cause all I heard was her voice saying, "What about you and Daisy huh Jake?"
I turned around quickly, "W-WHAT?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN DAISY?!"
"Come on Jake, your head of heels for her, aren't you?" Milly teased.
"N-No I'm not! I-I......like someone else"
"Oooh spill the tea!"
"I didn't invite you guys over just to talk about crushes. Come on let's get to work" Haily interrupted.
"Ok, ok mom" Milly sighed.
I chuckled slightly and as we started walking, my phone started buzzing.
"I'll be right back guys" I quickly stepped outside and picked up. It was an unknown number, so i didn't know who it was.
"Hello?" I asked.
"Hi is this Jake?" asked a familiar voice that I couldn't quite recognize.
"Yes this is he. Wassup"
"Oh hi this is Drew..."
"Oh hey"
"So umm do you wanna talk about when we could meet up or...."
"I'm currently at rehearsal but um maybe later....."
"Oh ok...."
"I'll umm text you when I'm done"
"Ok"
"Bai then"
"Bai"
I hung up and walked back inside.
"Phew, that was kinda scary"I sighed.
"What was?" Luke asked. He has walked out to come get me apparently.
"Oh hehe...n-nothing" I couldn't tell them I was helping Drew, they'd kill me. I walked back inside and focused on the rehearsal.
~Time Skip~
When I got home I realized that the rehearsal took over 5 hours and it was already 7:30. I quickly texted Drew.
Sorry practice went a little longer then I thought. U available to call?-Jake

We called for a while and decided to meet up at my house every Wednesday after school for a few hours and since it was Tuesday that would mean he was coming over tomorrow.
"Well umm I have to go....umm see you tomorrow" Drew said.
"Ok bye"
I was kinda scared Drew would actually be in my house. I quickly started cleaning my room up cause I wanted it to be as clean as possible. I felt my phone buzz in my pocket. I pulled it out and saw Luke had texted me.
Hey can I ask you a favor?-Luke
Sure Wassup?-Jake
Can you sing a song for me during practice?-Luke
Uhhhh sure?-Jake
Can I know why?-Jake
Uhhh I'm confessing to Zander >-<-Luke
