After sometime 

Manik was sitting like a lifeless soul. Aryaman sent Sakshi back home with Manik's driver as she was falling weak. Sakshi didn't want to leave but Aryaman assures her that they will call her when Nandini will be fine and asks her to trust them. Sakshi leaves keeping all her trust on Aryaman and Manik. Aryaman also told Niharika about Nandini and Niharika assures him that she will be there with Sakshi.

 Aryaman comes with food for Manik

Aryaman: Mani have some food darling

Manik nods no. Aryaman sits and pats Manik's back to comfort him

Aryaman : Chal tu sher hai mera, sher ese rothe hai kya haan 

Manik looks at him with tears 

Aryaman: Arre humari Nanz ko kuch na hona. She is very strong okay. She will get fine soon. Chal have some food else you will fall weak. And then Nanz will scold me that I have not taken proper care of Mani. 

Manik just looks at him. Aryaman forwards a bite and Manik eats.  Aryaman caresses Manik's hairs. 

Meanwhile doctor comes out. Aryaman comes to him

Aryaman (tensed): Doctor how is Nandini?

Doctor: I have done her treatment and we have saved her. But if she didn't open her eyes within 24 hours then she might will go into coma

Both gets shocked hearing him

Doctor: Aap dono andar jaake baat kr lijiye unse. May be she respond to you. 

Aryaman and Manik leaves inside

At Nandini's ward

Nandini was lying unconscious with bandage on her forehead. Manik and Aryaman enters and both gets tears seeing her condition.

Both holds her either hands

Aryaman (teary): Nanz please get up dekho na your best friends are crying, you promised that you will never let us cry then why r u doing this with us. Please open your eyes.  

Manik was just crying and seeing her. Aryaman looks at Manik with tears. He understood Manik wants to talk alone to Nandini. He gets up and leaves from there crying.

Manik holds Nandini's hand more tightly 

Manik (cries): Nandini please get up please. You know na I cannot see you like this. Please get up for your Mani 

Nandini didn't respond 

Manik (cries): You said that you love me. Will you not listen to your love? Please na get up 

Nandini still didn't respond

Manik (cries): Please Nandini get up please. Please get up if not for me at least get up for Aru your brother, and your mom dad. Please na get up

Nandini still didn't respond 

Manik (cries more): Nandini please get up please I cannot see you like this. Tum muje chod ke nhi jaa sakti. Main tumse bahut pyaar krta hoon Nandini, just like you love me I also love you very much. You cannot just leave me like this. Please get up please

Nandini now starts moving a little. Manik noticed this and immediately called the doctor. Meanwhile Aryaman also comes inside running and Nandini slowly opens her eyes and sees Manik and Aryaman. Doctor sees NAndini and told them that she is fine now. Both gets happy and hugged each other crying happily. Aryaman caresses Manik's head to comfort him. 

Nandini looks at Manik and remembers what all he said. 

Aryaman slowly cups Nandini's face. Nandini smiles to him

Aryaman: You are fine na

Nandini knows. Aryaman keeps her head near his chest and caresses her hairs. 

Aryaman: I am happy that you got completely fine. (teases) I actually got so tired in consoling a 16 years old cry baby. 

Manik glares him while Nandini chuckles listening this. Aryaman gets light tears, Nandini noticed this and hugs him

Nandini: Chal paagal ab main theek hoon now don't cry okay. 

Nandini wipes his tears. Aryaman kisses her forehead. 

Aryaman: Acha guys main na Sakshi aunty ko inform kr deta hoon zara that Nandini got conscious. And hospital ke bills bhi pay kr deta hoon

Aryaman leaves leaving MaNan alone

Manik looks at Nandini 

Manik (nervously): How are u now?

Nandini: I am okay now. 

Manik smiles a little. 

Nandini: Manik I want to know one thing what all u said to me was that true? Or you said it out of emotions

Manik doesn't know what to say. He knows what he said was true but still.

Nandini: Manik tell me

Manik: Wo Nandini wo main wo

Nandini (irritated): Ye wo wo krna band karo aur sach btao and u have my swear tell the truth only

Manik closes his eyes now

Manik : Haan Nandini I love you. All I said was true. I love you very much.  

Nandini was shocked with this. She didn't expect Manik loves her. She was happy listening this but she wants to know why he refused earlier that he loves her.

Nandini: After 2 days I will talk to you on this matter. Right now Aru might come and mom too and I want to talk to you alone in this matter. 

Manik got nervous. He just nods slowly
