This is story also has age regression aka agere. Agere is a coping mechanism used for but not limited to mental illness, truma, and stress of everyday life. It involves regressing to a younger age mentally. These people are called littles. And this headspace is called littlespace. There are also people called caregivers that take care of little while they are in littlespace. A caregiver may be the little(s) partner but not always.
