❝ no offense but the knights are kind of weird. there's the grandmaster, the alchemist, the librarian and others, which is totally normal. but then you have a bomb crazy child. ❞

it had been a week since y/n had fallen ill. she was now all better and had went back to her 'normal' days. there was nothing normal about her moments with kaeya and the others, but she had become accustomed to it. a while ago she couldn't imagine doing anything but make clothes. but it all changed because of kaeya. y/n felt grateful towards him.

but the moment he opened his mouth- her gratitude was grabbed from her and thrown far, far away. for example, this very moment. earlier, kaeya told her that he had to do something tonight and asked her to join. y/n said yes thinking it would be something simple.

now she couldn't possibly regret her previous actions more.

"-you see klee is a nice child, with some explosive tendencies. literally." kaeya said with a bright smile on his face as the young elf stood proud with an even brighter smile.

tonight y/n was babysitting a danger to society, who by chance had an adorable face. she sent a blank face towards kaeya, which he registered as her 'why are you doing this to me' face.

kaeya grabbed y/n's hand, which made her heart jump a little, and then he grabbed klee's hand. he placed klee's hand in y/n's. "usually it would be my turn to take care of klee. unfortunately i have pressing matters that i have to take care of. so i thought you would be the perfect person to take care of klee in my stead. i also hope that you won't tattle on me to the grandmaster." he said with a cheeky wink.

just like the wind, he was gone in a flash.
