Kenny's pov

First day back at school and I'm already running late. My stupid alarm didn't wake me up on time and I can't even have breakfast so I'm just gonna have to get some on the way there. "KENNY HURRY UP" I heard Casey yell from downstairs and I groaned and ran downstairs while grabbing my bag before hurrying out of the door and getting in the car. "Finally. Took you long enough" David said and I rolled my eyes 

"Oh can we get some food on the way" I asked and he sighed and looked at his watch while we were at traffic lights "What time does this school start?" "Um I think like half eight" Casey told him "Then no. Just buy something from the cafeteria" David said shrugging his shoulders. 

~At the school~

"Alrighty then, have a great day and don't get a detention or anything because I'm not picking you up after it" David said smiling and Casey and I waved at him as he drove off. "You nervous?" I asked her and she shrugged "Not really" she said walking into the building. "Okay so we need to go to the principals office or something I don't know" I said as we started passing lockers and classrooms. "I think we might have to ask someone" casey said and I nodded in agreement

We started looking in some classrooms but they were all empty except for what looked like an art room which had a girl sitting in it. Casey knocked on the door and the girl looked up and my breath hitched in my throat. 'omg she's gorgeous' my brain told me and I just smiled awkwardly "can i help you?" she asked "we're tryna find the principals office, could you show us?" casey asked "I can't show you cuz I have to finish this but it's further down the hallway" she told us and we thanked her and I waved goodbye and she smiled

~time skip~

We were being showed round the school by another boy called Ollie and I actually quite liked him. "Okay so that's the cafeteria" he said pointing to his right "and that's the end, any questions?" he asked turning around "um earlier she were in an art room and there was this girl there-" I started saying and ollie smirked "that's Victoria, she's pretty nice and she spends most of her free time in there. She sits with me at lunch if you guys wanna join us?" he asked and casey and I looked at each other and shrugged and nodded.

"great well ill see you guys later I gotta head back to lessons" he said while he rushed off. "you like her don't you" casey said while looking at her timetable "what no. I was just interested" I said trying not to blush. "mhm.....Next time, at least try to cover the blushing" she said smiling at me and walking off leaving me to find my lesson. 

I finally found the classroom I was looking for and walked in smiling awkwardly as the teacher looked up from her work. "Can I help you?" the teacher asked "I'm new-" "Oh you must be Kenny" and I nodded "You can go sit next to Victoria near the back" she said and I looked around until my eyes fell on her face. I walked over to the seat next to her and sat down. "Nice to see you again" Victoria said smiling at me and I just nodded as my mouth wouldn't let any words come out

Victoria's pov

He looked quite nervous sitting next to me but he looked like a sweet guy and kinda cute. "So did you move or something?" I asked him resting my head on my hand "Hm?" he said raising his eyebrows pulling his eyes away from the board to look at me "Did you move or something? Is that why you're new?" I asked him again "Sort of" he said bluntly turning to look at the work.

~time skip to lunch~

"Hey there stranger" I heard Ollie say as he sat next to me at the lunch table and I smiled as he isn't in any of my lessons. "How was the first half of hell?" he asked and I shrugged "It was alright. I sat next to the new kid in my first lesson" I told him and he smirked "oh yeah? what's he like?" he asked taking a bite into his sandwich "he seemed sweet but didn't really say much to be honest" "I had to tour him and his sister" he said and I looked at him "He seemed pretty interested in you" he carried on and I frowned "In what way" I asked and he gave me 'the look' and I scoffed "I don't believe you" I said and carried on eating until I was interrupted by two people sitting down.
