I was now seven months pregnant everything was running smoothly Alex and the boys even have a gig next week Alex even got a part time job at a record shop to help with things
The first trimester was not so bad only the morning sickness and being extremely careful at what I do Alex was always frightened about everything he does near me still is I found it extremely adorable
Me and Alex decided to try and get a flat of our own my grandparents said they'll help us as well as Alex's parents
The second trimester me and Alex moved into a nice little flat just ten minutes away from both of our families so that was great me and Courtney went to see what the gender was Alex couldn't come he had to work which i understand Courtney come up with the idea of a gender reveal party so I told the doctor not to tell me and basically tell Courtney so she can plan it all
We had a gender reveal party I wore a lovely pale yellow sundress since it was a sunny day in Sheffield Alex wore shorts and a Lacoste polo shirt
We had all our friends and family there they bought gifts for our baby they mostly bought unisex clothes and little toys my family and Alex's family really went all out they got a pram a cot Moses basket the lot we really couldn't be more grateful
It was time to pop the big black balloon on Courtney's hand
She handed me and Alex the balloon and handed us pins
Out Alex's parents garden we all counted down five to one and me and Alex popped the balloon
Pink glitter burst everywhere i squealed in pure joy looking at my boyfriend his face was priceless mouth wide open aswell as his eyes
"Oh my god babeh it's a girl" Alex beamed pulling me into a tight hug tears in our eyes
Our friends and family congratulated us and we all thanked them for coming I couldn't stop crying I was an emotional wreak my mother even cried yes my mother we all made up a few weeks after we told my mum and dad about the baby
A few days after the baby shower me and Alex were sitting on the settee in our new flat watching a movie and I started to get a weird craving
"Al?" I mumbled cuddling into his side
"Yes luv" he replied Kissing the top of my head afterwards
"Could you get me pickles and whipped cream" I asked
"Yeh wha'" he asked shocked
"Cravings now move your ass" I said Alex rolled his eyes and went into the kitchen and got my pickles and whipped cream
When we came back he handed me my things and sat next to me
I opened the jar of pickles and squirted whipped cream over a pickle and pulled a disgusted face when I took a bite
"What" I asked wondering why he looks so disgusted
"Yer actualleh enjoyin tha'" Alex asked trying not to puke
"It's actually really nice" I said grabbing another pickle and smothered it with whipped cream
"Try it" I said and had an unsure look in his face but tried it anyway
"It's not bad but deh yeh actualleh crave these fings" Alex asked munching down the pickle I nodded "it's what the baby wants" I stated getting tuned back into the tv
I was at the end of my second trimester me and Alex decided to go on a date since we obviously wouldn't be able to go on dates a lot when the baby is here
I wore a pair of maternity leggings since my clothes don't even fit me anymore and once of my friends oversized jumpers that still showed my bump
Alex took me to a lovely restaurant we obviously eat and talked about everything
"I've been finking of a name for her" Alex blurred out while we were having dessert
"Oh really" I replied interested in the name he likes
"Yeh will fink I'm nuts or summat but it's after a song" Alex said making feel more impatient
"Ok tell me I really want to know" I said
"Either Ophelia or rihannon" Alex said
"I really like both but I've been like the name rihannon a lot" I said
"So rihannon" Alex asked I nodded
"We really listen to Fleetwood Mac too much" I said chuckling
"Weh do" Alex chuckled aswell

I moved house which was a pain and I'm dealing with family problems but I'll try my hardest to update when I can which will probably be a few days a week thank you for reading Xxx
