'Where is he' I thought to myself sitting on the bed waiting on my boyfriend coming home
It's currently 1:30am it's now Thursday Alex has been doing this a lot lately going out getting drunk coming home at all hours in the morning and I had enough of it
I stayed up waiting and waiting till it was about 3:00am that's when I heard the keys in the locks and someone stumbling in the house the door closed with a quite loud bang followed by a "oh fook" coming from Alex I stood up on the floor waiting for Alex coming in
I saw him quietly sneak in the room then beforehand saw me he quietly closed the door
"No need to sneak in" I said
"Oh fook sake gave mEh a heart attack" I he holding his chest
"Where the fuck were you Alex in 3:00am" I said my arms folded
"Out enjoying mehself" he slurred his word
"I've been worried sick" I said
"I were out wif some old mate" he mumbled
"What till 3:00am your drunk not even that your shitfaced"I let out a disappointed sigh sitting back on the bed
"No don't, don't beh like tha' mardy" he groaned in his drunken state
"No wonder Alex you came home drunk all the time" I snapped
"I'm allowed teh go out and have a few drinks" Alex snapped back
"No every fucking night for the past three fucking weeks Alex" I raised my voice
"I'm a grown fookin man Y/n" Alex said now starting to raise his voice
"You've got a problem Alex" I said
"So I'm an alcoholic now Wha' the fook is this about" he shouted
"Don't shout I don't want Rhiannon to hear" I said harshly
"Shehs in her room probableh sleeping for school" Alex said
"No she's not sleeping she's been up all night wondering where the fuck here arsehole of a dads been" I snapped
"I go out wif mEh mates and the full fookin world finks I'm an alcoholic" he snapped
"I'm a grown man I'm allowed teh go out" he added
"Don't fucking forget your a dad aswell Alex" I pointed out
"Mabeh I didn't want teh beh a dad" he mumbled under his breath
"What was that" I said
"I said maybeh I didn't want teh beh a fookin dad I didn't want kids" he shouted
"Well you should've thought about that before you jumped into bed with me" I shouted back
"God I hate you" I snapped
Then I heard a sob coming from the hallway I opened the door to see Rhiannon standing by her room door crying her eyes out
"I'm sorreh" she sobbed Alex head snapped up facing us as I hugged my daughter
"Fook" he said in sorrow
"Ri I'm sorreh I didn't mean Wha' I said" Alex said stumbling out the room
"No Alex leave her just go to bed we'll talk in the morning" I said with a pissed look on my face
I took Rhiannon to her room
"Why does dad come home drunk all the time now"she asked still sobbing
"I don't know" I sighed
"Is it because he doesn't want me it it my fault mum" she asked I felt tears in my eyes
"No no it's not your fault don't you ever think that your dad well he's a selfish careless Wanker" I said
"But i heard him say he didn't want me" she said in between sobs
"Look love get some sleep once your dads sober He can talk to you but the now you need to sleep tell you want you can stay off school tomorrow" I said she nodded and tried to get to sleep
I went into the bedroom to find no Alex so I went into the living room to find him sitting in the settee head in his hand covering his face
"You happy with what you did" I said
"No" I mumbled
"She's breaking her heart thinking the only reason you get drunk is cause you don't want her" I explained
"I do want her I luv mEh daughter i did want her I don't know why I said that I'm prick honestleh" he said a tear coming out of his eye
"Well tell her that I'm going to bed you can sleep on the couch" I said
"What no please I'm sorreh" Alex said
"No your on the couch tonight and that's final I don't even want to be near you right now" I spat making my way back to the bedroom
I'm so pissed at Alex he's an arrogant selfish prick I miss my Alex the sweet boy from Sheffield
(Next morning)
I woke up late afternoon I got out of bed making my way to the kitchen still pissed off from earlier events
I saw Alex sitting on the settee with Rhiannon
Their eyes all red you could see that they cried
"I'm so so sorreh ri daddeh luvs yeh and I promise I'll get mEh act together No more going out no more drinking and no more saying fings I don't mean" Alex said
Rhiannon nodded
"I forgive you dad" she said they both shareda long hug as they cried more my heart went out to my daughter
"Morning mum" ri said wiping her tears away
"Morning sweetness" I said giving her a smile
"Babeh can I talk teh yeh" Alex asked
"No" I replied
"Come on please" he begged
"Ri do you want to go to your mates house the now" I asked
"Yeah" she said knowing what I meant she left the house making her way to her mates across the street
"Please joost listen teh mEh" he said
"No alex you listen to me boy I have had enough with your shite going out every night coming home at all hours in the morning then saying you didn't want Rhiannon what are you playing at" I snapped
"I'm sorreh I didn't mean anyfing I said I promise" he said
"I think you should maybe consider starting a new life" I said
"What no no way yeh and Rhiannon are mEh life" Alex said with hesitation
"Well last night said differently" I sighed
"I was drunk I say fings I don't even mean I promise yeh I'll not go out anymore I'll never drink again please don't do this" he begged
"You better keep you word" I said
"I promise" Alex said
After a few hours of me and Alex talking about how we can make us work Rhiannon came home
"Is everything ok" she asked
"Everything is fine your dad and I are going to try and get back to where we were so your going to stay with nana and grandad for a week or two" I said she nodded understandably
During those two weeks me and Alex spent a lot of time in the bedroom or going out on dates and everything was going back to normal and when we went to pick Rhiannon up from Alex's mum and dads house she was a lot happier and could tell we were back the way she remembered us being
