To All My Women

Sunshine has gone dim in Our eyes
Like an echo desperately escaping it's source
Rivulets trickling down from those eyes

Because...

The fear that succeeded to replace gravity
Rooting Us down effortlessly
Subconsciously became Our only conscience
A dominate emotion
And when it withers away...
Dread backs it up

Not even the darkest of nights
Can ever replicate the severity of our pain
Our suffering
Or just... Us having a pulse

To All My Women

Our worth has Weakened
In Their eyes
Like We are a currency of the poorest

We are targets

We are victims

They hungrily feast on their greed
Only getting pure satisfaction
From scavenging us until We are bare emotionally
Until We are left with the remains of trauma

To All My Women

We are in an arena
Where cruelty lurks freely
Our Trust extinct because even Our close ones
Or the ones that barely knew of Our identity

Will not hesitate

To hunt for the victory to...
Overpower Us
Ruin Us
And to make us feel Less Of A Woman
