Chapter 4

Luz POV

As we arrived to the mysterious house we got out the car and Amity knocked on the door. A few seconds later the door swung open and revealed a tall guy with brown hair and golden eyes. 

"Hello Amity who is this who you brought with you?" The tall guy asked

"This is Luz Noceda." Amity said 

I waved to the man and he waved back with a welcoming smile.

"Luz this is my dad." Amity said

I nodded as her dad invited us in.

"Do you gals want anything to drink?"

"I'll take a water please." I asked as he went into the kitchen and came back with a fresh cold water. 

After a while a conversation started. Amity told her father about me and her and I was a little taken back from his response.

"Oh your that Luz? Amity talks about you all the time." He said

Amity looked very embarrassed by his response because she got up and went to the kitchen. When Amity came back she came back with an adorable little puppy. 

"Luz do want to hold Rio?" Amity asked me 

"Yes please." I replied as Amity handed me the the cute puppy

After a while of holding the puppy we started to talk more about my life and that's when I felt something wet on my shirt. I looked down and saw that Rio had went to the bathroom on my purple flannel.  Amity's dad had got a call and needed to take it so he went into another room.

"Amity." I said

"Ya Luz?" Amity replied petting Rio's head

"Rio had to go to the bathroom and I don't think he knew that he was still on my shirt and he did it on my flannel and shirt." I said while lifting the adorable puppy off of my shirt to revel the mess

"Oh Luz why didn't you tell me sooner." Amity replied taking Rio and putting him in his cage

"I don't know" I replied 

"Come on let's go back to your house I will write my dad a note." She replied as she took out a piece of paper and a pen 

"ok." I replied 

As Amity drove back to my house I realized that this was also going to be the day that Amity would meet my mom and cousin.

"Hey Amity it looks like you'll meat my mom to day."

Hello guys I had a writers block but I back and will hopefully be updating another chapter for this book and I will also be updating my other story too.
